This visit was poor. When I walked up to the counter, the cashier muttered, “I gotta go!” She then left a long line customers and backup’d orders while she spent over 5 minutes in the bathroom. It wouldn’t have been bad, but she didn’t have anyone to replace her. Finally, a manager noticed and took over by shutting down all ordering until they caught up. Luckily, I was able to place my order just before that. Note: There were approximately 10 employees there. It appeared the general manager arrived, and he was getting everything back on track as I left with my order.
Worst Wendy’s I ever been to. And I’ve never actually eaten here because everyone I go, the dining room is closed!!! I drive a box truck so the drive thru isn’t a option! Whether I come around 2pm or 6pm, the doors are always locked! With a sign on the door that says ‘Dining Room closed at 330pm’ SMH I’ve learned to just go across the street to McDonalds
Do not go to this Wendy’s. They don’t care about customer service or have the decency to let people waiting in the drive thru that they are closing. We waited 15 minutes and got to the speaker at 8:52p, to be told that the car in front of us was the last one. When I told her that we waited 20 minutes her response was “that’s not my problem! If I kept taking cars I would be here until midnight.”They could have easily sent someone out to let us know where they were going to stop taking cars. This is poor management and poorly ran. They close at 9p, which is significantly earlier than other Wendy’s. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Managers are always rude as hell & customer service sucks. They will make you sit at the speaker without saying anything for a good 5 min.. & then the past 2 times we have ordered sausage biscuits after repeating ourselves multiple times, they still ring us up & charge us for sausage egg & cheese biscuits. There is no way for us to know what they ring up either until we get our receipt because they don’t have a screen outside by the menu. Will not be going here again.
The Wendy's like location we visited turned out to be the worst food and service we ever had at any fast food restaurant. The manager or assistant mgr. Was rude to employees as well as customers. I could not believe it. Absolutely the worst of everything. Even the soda machine was out of most of the selections. We did not see the mgrs. Name tag but one of the employees said her name was Ileen. The manager should be fired immediately
It took way to long to get our food. We were in the drive thru for 30 min. Had 3 cars ahead of us also people walking up to the window with mistakes saying they didn't get all there food. The inside is closed so no dining room. The food was decent but service was horrible.
This Wendy’s is NOT it. If you have it posted you are open on every website a person can check and then people take the time to drive here just to find it close. Do y’all just choose when you want to be open and closed. Always slow, always backed up, and you can tell the employees are unhappy with their job. I strongly encourage the next customers to go ahead and drive to the next Wendy’s because this one needs work
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too ? the food is always Cold, last time I went I actually got 2 fully frozen fries in my food LOL, the girls at the drive thru don’t say one word to you at the window and then throw the food at you when it’s ready, I use to work drive thru at a SNS and I would’ve neverrrr treated people like that
It was obvious the order taker at the drive up didn't want to be there. I didn't get a smile, hello or a thank you. Pretty sad but it's becoming commonplace. Maybe she should be where she has no customer contact.
I ordered a meal and I got just a burger. When I claimed that I order a meal she treated me like I was a liar. I wasn't trying to get nothing for free. I handled my car card for her to charge me the difference which is fine for me because mistakes happen but instead she charge me the fries and the soda separate and I ended paying double the prices. Worst service that I received in a long time. The two ladies in the drive through have zero knowledge about customer service and had a bad and rude attitude and the manager a red hair lady doesn't know how to do her job either. Employees like that are the ones that ruin a business.
