Ordered an all star, they didn’t give me utensils. Also they didn’t give me any syrup. How do you put the butter in the waffle container but not the syrup aren’t they next to each other?Also when a customer says extra crispy hash browns, please don’t barely cook it, I paid for hash browns not mashed potatoes.
Their waffles say "waffle house"!!! The service was very nice. When my gm asked for syrup, she whipped it out out of nowhere! Additionally, they gave us an extra plate when we asked. If I were to suggest anything, it would be having more waffle options? Like one week there's a specialty waffle with a certain flavor theme to it. Like an apple crisp waffle or a birthday cake waffle... Or maybe different flavored syrups? Gives me small town diner vibes a little.
Cleanest Waffle House in Charlotte County. Also the newest so it’s usually less crowded. I always get my food super quick and they actually answer the phone when I call. Also not a bunch of junkie employees like I’ve see at other locations in the area
Great food, efficient and friendly staff, adequate portions and coffee's pretty good.
Whenever I go there everyone is nice and the food always comes fast and the waiters/waitress always makes me feel welcomed.

Food is good, everything out in a timely fashion. But I held my hand up with my card and bill for 10 minutes and got totally ignored by my waitress. Had the intention of giving her a generous tip. But after being ignored for literally 11 minutes I just left a 20 bill leaving her a $3 tip. Had she paid any mind to me, I'd have left her a $7-8 because I enjoy tipping 40% or more. But I can't be ignored that blatantly.
