Great food beautiful water view.
Restaurant was very clean the night we visited. Service was only fair I’m sorry to say. Food was very fresh! I had ahi tuna bowl and companion had shrimp bowl. Views are terrific. Other than under-ripe mango, there were no complaints. I would, however, give the calamari a pass - very thin slivers of frozen calamari in a taste-free breading ? Weird. Still, I’ll give it another try!
Our regular Friday night hangout. We had some friends help us celebrate a special birthday. They went above and beyond. Go see Lexi and John at the bar and Melissa for table dining! Great food and atmosphere.
Great food and a lovely seat outside.
This place was awesome on every level. We sat outside which had a great atmosphere.I am highly allergic to gluten and the waitress was very knowledgeable in regard to what my options were for both food and drink. You'd be surprised how often I can't even get a cocktail at other establishments, because they use cheap, gluten-containing ingredients, or they simply aren't educated on what they offer. For the main course I got the Sea Scallops with Roasted Potatoes, Jalapeno Cream Corn and it was delicious, well portioned, with nice sized scallops. And their Blood Orange Margarita's are really, really good — just the right balance of ingredients. Kudos again for knowing it's gluten free and using quality ingredients. Our entire group enjoyed their meals and drinks. The sushi my kids got looked amazing.Would definitely return next time we are visiting the area.
The food was amazing, the view was incredible, and the atmosphere is great! I ate the shrimp bowl (and they catered to my gluten intolerance) which was so flavorful and my boyfriend had the angel roll which he loved. Would definitely recommend this restaurant! We will definitely be back :) our server Melissa was our server, she was super sweet and very helpful!
This is our second time here. We brought a group of eight this time. Service was outstanding. The view is amazing. We tried nearly every sushi on the menu and it all was delicious. This is our new favorite sushi place, the flavors are incredible and fresh. Can’t wait to go back!
Our friends planned to take us to Harpoon Harry's Restaurant and Bar for lunch for their great view, but there were many people hovering over diners waiting for an available table. We did not want the wait, so we walked back to The Pier FV and were treated to a delightful lunch. I read reviews that claimed to have terrible service, but our server was helpful, prompt and attentive. We never felt like we were not her number one priority. My wife and I shared their Fried Gator for an appetizer. It was clearly enough for two. In fact, the other couple each had several bites as well. I read another review saying that the fried gator was mush. Nothing could be further from the truth for us! For entrees I selected their Shrimp Poke Bowl, and my wife chose their Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad. We thought they were both very good. Every element of my Poke Bowl was delightful! The Pier FV has seating indoor and outdoor. Give them a try!!
Best sushi ever! We ordered four to share but could have ordered more. Before that, the appetizers - crab ragoon dip and tuna nachos were so good. Our server was excellent and the view of the water beautiful. We did sit inside because it was very windy and getting quite cool at sundown.
Average at bestFour of us recently ate dinner here for the first time and the food that we ordered was average. The calamari was somewhat cold and it had obviously been sitting in the kitchen a bit before we received it, so that made it chewy as well. The pork nachos were the best appetizer that we ordered and I would order them again. We also got the crab rangoons but the crab that they use in them is imitation crab meat and not real crab and that should definitely be noted on the menu as it is a totally different taste. I would never order them again because of that, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My husband got a California roll and he did enjoy that. I think it depends on what you order for food, but we were not impressed nor would I go there again. The restaurant tries to present as being upscale. but it is not. Upscale restaurants at least provide glassware on the tables and don’t serve plastic plates to eat ones appetizers on. The decor is nice and appealing to the eye, but the amenities the restaurant provides are completely average.Someone also needs to clean the filthy restrooms and make sure there is toilet paper to use as well. I know that restaurants are understaffed and I can appreciate that, but there are certain things that management needs to make sure that they are done. If you want to try to pretend you’re an upscale restaurant at least clean your restrooms and serve quality food.
