I’m 52 years old and never in my life have seen a manager be so openly disrespectful. If you need to reprimand your employees PLEASE do it in privacy, do NOT berate them in front of customers. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked my server what that managers name was, she told me Lisa. How rude to yell out loud that you essentially hate your employees and that you think they “suck”. My server was WONDERFUL and very sweet! and food was AMAZING! To the owners of Lakehouse in Babcock Ranch, your manager needs INTENSIVE TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION.

The whole experience every day is highly recommended. Check out the new menu, daily specials and friendly highly attentive staff. Hard to not go every day.

We eat in a beautiful setting. The food was exceptional. The service was perfect. Our server Ally attended to us completely. Ally was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to give detailed info as well as recommendations when requested. The recommendations came with reasoned responses for her preferences.
Awesome breakfast menu with very reasonable prices. The shrimp and grits were amazing along with the eggs benedict! Great service from our server, Jackie.
We had a great time. Staff was friendly, professional and fun. The hostess was so kind. She recognize my elderly mother couldn’t stand very long and went out of her way to accommodate us. Her name was Sierra and she was so sweet. The food was outstanding. The lake house burger was delicious. We will definitely return.
We had an awful dining experience and recommend you take a pass on this place. 3 of us dined and we each were disappointed with the dishes served. The Roasted Vegetable Quinoa Dinner was Way too heavy on the balsamic. Western Burger was overcooked and presented without Fries which came much later. The 3rd and final dIsh the chopped shrimp salad ordered was up charged by $2.00 due to the menu chopped shrimp being spoiled. That's a unique twist on Customer Service. . Customer is charged more for fresh not spoiled. This place is probably better off as a bar and not a restaurant.
I was there with a big group and we only had one server. He was awesome and my food was too!
