Worst Starbucks ever I have never waited so long at any Starbucks as I do this place and the employees not very friendly.. i’m a delivery driver and I pick up here but not anymore every time I get an order it takes me about 10 minutes to drive to the place to get there to find out that the order still not made and I wait another 10 minutes and I see the drinks sitting on the counter just waiting to be bagged can I ask about it and the lady gets nasty with me won’t be picking up here anymore .. to be honest didn’t even deserve one star

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! Been in line at the drive through 45 minutes and still not to the window! Get it together guys…
The Starbucks App stole money from me and I had to be the one to figure it out and contact them.I started using the starbucks rewards app in February 2022, and have used it until today for my purchases there. For each one of my purchases it overcharged me $2-$3 each purchase. About $15 and some has been stolen from me since using the Starbucks App once I checked my receipts on the app and did the math. I have since put in a complaint with Starbucks Customer Service and wait to hear back. If you are using the Starbucks App please check your receipts to make sure they are not overcharging you. Go to your account and click the receipt icon up at the top right corner. This is way more serious if they are taking $2-$3 each purchase from everyone.I will be putting in a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as well because it has been a month since this offense has been continually happening and I had to be the one to put a stop to it instead of the correct regulation of their App when they should be regulating this themselves as a large company. Absolutely unacceptable.
One of the slowest Starbucks locations I have ever been to! Waited over 10 minutes for a brewed coffee (after ordering!) Not only are they slow, they had no half & half or whole milk.
Living on our sailboat we had to find a place to ride out a storm Perfect place for my husband to do some computer work and for me to relax
Hit this little Starbucks twice during our trip to visit family. First time ordered ahead, fabulous! Second time drive thru, VERY BUSY/slammed, should have ordered ahead. Still service was very good and treated myself to seasonal scrumptious non dairy latte instead of usual plain boring non dairy latte.
Slowest drive through. Doesn't matter what time of day. You can guarantee you will wait in that drive through for a minimum of 20 minutes. Nice staff but they can never get the drive through to work efficiently.
Everyone has one job and as simple as listening is this store still cannot get my order correctly ever.
