Facebook page says they're open til 9. Walked in at 810 and was told the gentlemen in front of us was the last customer. Informed them that online its listed as open til 9pm. Was told "the hours are on the door." It's 2022, your online pages should be correct. And the least you could do is say "oh thanks for letting me know, I will update that ." But no. You lost my business.
Too bad it was such an inconvenience to serve our 8 year old ice cream because the operation hours are misrepresented online - it's the 21st Century, get your Facebook hours updated correctly. Apparently an extra 2 minutes to serve ice cream with 3 other customers in line was too much to ask. The employee gave us such a nasty attitude that we will not be supporting this local business (or the ice cream truck that drives around the neighborhood).
Rude employee. Seemed to not care that their hours are mis represented online. No attempt to fix it and turned us away from service. Sad that I'll not be supporting a local business anymore.

Unbelievable - 2 pints of ice cream for almost a total of $18 at square scoops in Babcock ranch! If I drive down to Publix , I can get either Ben & jerry or Hagen Das for 5$ a pint. We will not be customers to such a rip off place as square scoops in Babcock ranch! Disgusting!

Be nice if you updated your hours so people don’t hype their kids up about ice cream after dinner only to arrive and you guys felt like closing at 4pm.
tried there ice cream after visiting this new community very good also had lunch at slaters which was great.
