This has to be one of the biggest disappointments of my trip so far...drove 20 minutes out the way, because the food online looked so delicious...(drive over was amazing). When we arrived on 7.16.22 a Saturday, @ approximately 12:50 pm, the doors were locked and the chairs were on top of the tables? Super hungry and had to go elsewhere for lunch. My thing is, if you say you are going to be open until 2, BE OPEN UNTIL 2. That's why you guys are getting the 1 star review.

Disappointed. I've Hurd so many good things. Ordered to go on my lunch break. (Turkey club w/fries) the sandwich was much bigger than I anticipated (especially for the price $12) the fries looked werid to me. I have not seen fries like that. Taste was so so. Could barely eat the sandwich as it got soggy on my 5 min drive back to work. The toast was burnt which effected thd flavor. But decent portions. While paying the servers were gossiping about what I can only assume we're customers and who had left who. Really unprofessional.

Our friends eat here often and took us for our first visit. The diner was packed and we waited for about a half hour but it was worth the wait. Penny and her staff did there best to keep it flowing and over all did a fine job. The atmosphere is definitely diner style with signs and pictures all over the walls. The biscuits and gravy was excellent and the price is right.

Went this morning and the waitress literally walked past us three times to wait on people who arrived after us. As we get up to leave since we were not waiting anymore, the waitress made a point to say loud enough about us not being patient. Well, we are patient if not obviously ignored for another group who she obviously knew. Very disappointed as the last time we were there, the owner waited on us and was very charming and food was very good.
First and last time! No hostess area just to assume that you check in at counter and get on a waitlist.. the old ppl that visit here are snarky and had a fit when me and my 70 year old mother sat at a open clean table.Ordered sweet tea, no bueno…no sweetness!Waitress had an attitude over worked and under paid I assume. I have the right to say your tea does not suit our preference..Unorganized the staff are..
