Ordered delivery. $50 for two pizzas, plus delivery fee, plus $10 tip. Website said 45 - 55 minutes. After an hour, I call to see where my food is. Am put on hold for 10 minutes. At that point, I hang up, call back, and start yelling when they "ask" to put me on hold, and cancel my order. Absolutely unacceptable. This is a nice area. Raise prices and hire more people. My night would have been much better if my pizza was $75 and I got it on time!!
Very poor customer service
This place is a joke, not feeling well tonight so I ordered 61.00 worth of food from them and they can't get it right!! I asked for a meat lovers large pizza and a Supreme was delivered. Everything else was right except for that. Seems like there is always an issue with them getting orders delivered right when placed online. This is ridiculous check the orders twice to make sure you are taking the correct order to the right house. I will no longer be ordering from you guys again.
I always order through the app. The drivers are always nice. The food arrives hot and our order is always correct. Easy peasey.
Poor management, poor ingredients, poor customer service. All around bad experience. Send out raw pizza dough tell you they will credit it and then argue with you that it wasn’t noted in the account when you spoke with the manager. Not to mention yelling over top of you to say you need to talk to a general manager. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a great experience at this location.I placed an pick up order an evening was perfect.Friendly and attentive customer service.5 stars from me.
1st and last time ordering from papa John's. On hold for 8.33 mins, place my order and they tell me at least hour and a half wait. No problem I answer. Food arrives hour and 25 mins. Cold, soggy and gross. Tried to reheat but that didn't help it. Awful!
