I found this hidden gem in January 2022. Since then I have been there 3 times. When I pick up friends and family from the airport, we head over to eat. My favorite is the Stromboli, it is stuffed full of meaty, cheesy goodness and the Calzone explodes with cheese…. the best I have had since living in New York! In the bakery my favorite is the lintzer cookies amply filled with raspberry filling.
On our trip to Florida one of the must do items was eat a local key lime pie. We were recommended this bakery and were not disappointed. There was a steady stream of customers for a reason, they’re baked goods are great. If you’re not hungry when you walk in, you will be after looking at the vast assortment of cookies, cakes, and other baked goods. They made us a key lime pie and everyone agreed it was the best they’d ever had. The staff was friendly and faced our stream of questions with a helpful smile.
The Irish ☘️ soda bread had no taste . It tasted like a brick from Brooklyn. Two for two the St Joseph had no taste do you have a water problem bad after taste. Very disappointed ☹️
Nino's is in an out of the way location that I find fun. I want to like this place- it's close to where I live and offers such variety. However, I've yet to have anything here that was any good. My first visit I bought a baguette and several individual size quiche. The bread was a thick loaf- not the crispy outside, fluffy inside of a proper baguette. The quiche was quite heavy and brick like without the custard like texture of a well executed quiche. The second visit, we went for breakfast. My omelette was good but my companion was served fried eggs chopped up as scrambled eggs. My last visit, I bought two loaves of Irish soda bread (I'm from Boston) and some bagels. Both bready and awful, like the baguette. I'm no foodie and usually not terribly picky, but this stuff was just not well done. Makes me sad.
if you are from out of town DO NOT go here! I have never been treated so poorly in any establishment. We had a flight delay and decided to grab some food. This was around 4:30 and they had some sort of event happening at 6. The waitress was so rude. She was complaining and cussing and swearing about us being there. We waited over 20 minutes and never had anyone come to take our order. We were so uncomfortable by the women working there that we just got up and left. There were other people in there who had no food or drinks and who knows how long they were there. You will have better luck making a dinner out of gas station snacks.
Great breakfast and reasonably priced
really terrible Italian food here. Anyone who says its extraordinary doesnt know good food. we could not believe the crap they served us, reheated chicken parm even the big spaghetti they served with it was reheated and only warm, jars sauce would have been better.. We were accompanied by loud booming karaoke noise. we should have left immediately when an employee was taking his smoke break 12 feet away; however we did not try the bakery and cannot comment on it though it looked really good.
Saw this place on line and was enthused about lunch menu. Two waitresses. One short one tall. We got the short one who REALLY had an attitude about something. I normally over tip as servers have hard job. This is first time I can remember in long time I haven’t left 15-30%. Won’t go back. Food was ok and over priced. Bakery sure did look good though.
I have never experienced such terrible service from a waitress that wasn’t even waiting on me. Her name was heather, I’ve never seen a waitress roll her eyes and huff the way she did at patrons in your establishment. She was very rude and curt. She was pushy and talked about customer very nastily in ear shot. I have other costumers who complained about her as well. I truly wouldn’t want to come back knowing she could potentially be my waitress. It was very disappointing because I love this place.
Can not say enough good things about this bakery. The selection is extraordinary. My favorite, though simple , is the butter cookies. Will be a regular source for desserts now. Yes, the location had us wondering , tucked in a strip center passed the water treatment area. The staff is patient and explains ingredients.
