Slow McDonald’s
Long wait, but staff was friendly and polite. Food wasn't the best, but understandable considering how busy they were!
I've eaten here a few times, the food was always pretty good but tonight is was not good. Ordered chicken nuggets, they were old and the chocolate shake was so sweet couldn't hardly drink it! Probably won't be going back there anytime soon
Very bad experience. Went through the drive thru, half our order was missing. Went through again and they argued with us about it. Finally told us to wait and they'll bring it out. 25 minutes later - still nothing! Went through again and they said they forgot. At least, after another 10 minutes, they refunded. I understand mistakes but don't blame them on the customer, if it's your employees making them! Seemed like nobody was in charge of that place and it was extremely disorganized. It was not that busy, this is after midnight, not during a rush.
Just your average McDonald's. Food came quickly even though we had six to eight cars in front of us in drive through. Food was hot - about the best you can get from McDonald's.
This place claims to have the fastest drive-thru in town I pull in the line is all the way out to the street they have me through there in less than 4 minutes this is my favorite McDonald's and they do have the fastest drive-thru in town always smiling faces hot and ready food every time. Thank you Punta Gorda McDonald's team
Thank goodness, this location is open, and Fully operational! Had an early breakfast and they gladly took my order at the counter, and the food was prepared and brought to the table before I was finished getting a drink. Great team. Ill be back.
I have made several attempts separate dayseparate days to go through the drive-through and the experience has Not been good at all! This McDonald's needs extreme help the drive-through I sat for 15 minutes and not moving Make a meeting for an appointment that was extremely patient people were leaving left and right.Another separate day they were running around not knowing what order was played Or who was next in line please get them help in training

This place could have faster service it's ALWAYS crowded. Do not be coml n a hurry when you get in line for the drive thru
