Had a delivery order that came back with a mistake (it was still delicious anyways) and part of the ownership took to the time to reach out to me directly. Super good food and good leadership
Jersey Mike's is the standard when it comes to subs. Publix doesn't even come close. Firehouse Subs is not bad. Out of the 3 I mentioned, Jersey Mike's reigns Supreme. I have yet to have a bad experience in all the years I have patronized this franchise
The subs are great when the are made correctly which is not often. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order unless you go there and monitor them??
It's a Jersey Mike's. The staff makes the difference. They are attentive to the customers and will correct anything that may be wrong with your order.
Needed a quick dinner at about 8:30pm & found this location, during this slow time we were able to chat with the staff who said they enjoyed their time at the store. Subs were good & had a good experience.
Ordered a steak and cheese as I do regularly and today it contained virtually no meat and was just peppers and onions. I order online so there's no recourse other than complaining on here. I won't be going back to this location again, and I recommend double checking your order always.
Ordered a large turkey sub and shared it with my wife. The young lady who made the sub was quick and very experienced. The lunch was very good. We will go back!
This place was filthy and my sandwich had so much oil and vinegar it soaked through the bread and the bag I love jersey mikes but not the one in Punta Gorda Florida I won’t be going back
Staff doesn't seem very focused. Ordered a #13 Italian went and paid while they start to slice the meat, guy behind me ordered a salami sub and some how I ended up with his sub instead of mine. I would have said something but took the sub to go and was very disappointed that I did not get what I ordered.
I ordered and paid through the app. I chose to pick it up. In the app it tells what time the order will be ready. When I got to the store a little early I was immediately greeted and was told my order would be ready in a couple of minutes, right on time. The sandwiches were delicious ?.
