Best bagel in SWFlorida .but can't find hours
The bagels take you right back home to New York. They make sandwiches that are out of this world and the staff is just so friendly and out going. Just a great atmosphere
Stopped in around 8 am or so on a Saturday - no wait. Ordered a coffee, cinnamon sugar bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, chocolate muffin, donut and an Asiago bagel sandwich for the family. Not a fan of the donut but everything else was good.
Just having breakfast, the server is very friendly, food is fresh n tasty and reasonably priced
I have stopped twice this vacation as the bagels are awesome. It was VERY busy with a line out the door each morning I was there. I did order online the second visit but the process was confusing. There is a shelf inside for online order pickup but mine was on the back counter. …..Just needs a better process ??? I’d would recommend you order online but simply have patience. They are working hard but seem understaffed for the demand. I do highly recommend the bagels!
There was quite a line when we arrived at 10:30am. It went very slowly as there was only one person behind the counter. However, she was doing the best she could and once we got our bagels they were delicious! Be patient.
We love a good bagel and found what we were looking for at Empire. Great selection of bagels to meet your tastes and the staff could not be nicer. Excellent breakfast and lunch menu as well. Recommend you get there early as they run out of bagels fast.
The staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Outstanding bagels and cream cheese. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are awesome. I love this place!!!!
Glad I didn't read the recent negative reviews before stopping coz I love bagels and they might have discouraged me. Walked in past several tables of customers eating on the patio. Admittedly, I was the only customer inside but the lady behind the counter was friendly and they made my egg, ham and cheese bagel lickity split. I thought it was very good and reasonably priced!
TERRIBLE! I to try and give them the benefit of the doubt and every time I continue to be disappointed! The bagels are ehh, the service is slow, and when you order online half the order is ready for pick up. This go around I ordered two 16 oz. fresh squeezed OJs with two toasted bagels online. As usual the bagels were ready and at the "Online Order" rack but no OJs. Then when I asked for the second half of my order I was asked "fresh squeezed or regular?" Really?! It's on the damn ticket that I then had to show to prove. Then I was only given one, they had run out of fresh squeezed for any others. She asked if I wanted a refund and I said no, "just take it as a tip...undeserved!" I get home and the one fresh squeezed OJ I was given was fermented. WTH!!! I'm done giving this place a chance!
