Went twice so far while visiting. will definitely visit a few more times before heading home. Definitely be a go to when visiting, and maybe daily if move locally. Fully recommended to anyone wanting good food and good atmosphere.
Waited 15 minutes to place our order. There were six of us. Waited over an hour to get our food. Only part of it came out. Went to look for our waitress, couldn't fine her. Another gal was nice enough to help us out. Our Waitress never came back to check on us. The bill was wrong. The gal that helped us out took care of the problem. There almost two hours for wings, salad and a wrap. First time in a long time I did not leave a tip. Not sure if I will ever go back.Two dollar Jerry

Zana is 10-star best waitress I have ever had. She has excellent service and is incredibly charismatic. She is quick, polite, and the best waitress you can get here. ASK FOR HER!!! And come to Gatorz!!
This establishment was part of the pub crawl, which generates them money and brings them a lot of business for the day. It took 50 minutes to get fried mushrooms. When you know that you are going to have an influx of customers it would make sense to overstaff that day. If you're making money you don't want to send the people off in a bad way.
Worst service ever. We have been here over an hour and a half and not gotten served. They said it was because large groups came in but NO ONE has food. NO ONE. Everyone is getting frustrated but has small children with them that are hungry and have now invested so much time that the kids need to eat. It's insane. I've never in my life had service like this before. Go anywhere else. Anywhere ... McDonald's...your own house ..
We were seated immediately, ordered drinks and food , drinks came quickly.After waiting for over an hour we had to find our waitress, as she never came back to our table, to ask the status of our food.We were told they were " slightly understaffed" and that our food would be out in 10 minutes.30 minuted later we paid for our drinks and left.1.5 hours waiting for wings?Communication and drink service would have went a long way!!!
Had a temporary ID and my old ID in person with multiple other forms of identification. Completely legitimate and legal as I am 28 years old. The Manager claimed she doesn't feel comfortable and refused to serve. Rude, ignorant, and did not care to even discuss with the customer. Instead she claimed, "you have a baby face. Keep in mind this was for dinner and the entire party was sober. Be aware of terrible customer service this restaurant deserves to close.
