Was very disappointed by their call center that takes their phone orders. Told me they had stuffed crust so I made my order. Went to pick it up, paid and left. Noticed it was not stuffed crust and when I asked them they said they don't even sell stuffed crust pizza. When I told them that was what I ordered and the call center told me they did the guy just kind of blew me off.
So 2 weeks in a row. So last week I ordered six pizzas for a certain time I get to pick up my pizzas when they're supposed to be done they had started making my six pizzas which ate into my guys lunch break. Today I ordered a pizza thin crust pie cut I get there they had cut it squares I question about it the answer was sorry and that was it. Not a care in the world. It's not a huge deal but still.
Always very friendly and my food is always delicious.
I recently ordered a sandwich with extra meat. When I opened the sandwich, it only had meat on half the sandwich and barely any ingredients on the other half. So much for paying extra. The sandwich was basically a grilled cheese. Since I'm an old-timer, I can accurately say I've noticed a huge decline in quality and service over the years- 40 plus years. This is the incident that broke my loyalty.
Timely delivery but I suspect that it was due to the fact that the pizza was severely undercooked!!

Picked up a pizza at the punta Gorda location. Worst pizza I have ever had from there! Ordered extra cheese and paid for it did not get it. Pizza cold! Did not even taste the same. May have to think twice about calling there again!
Staff unhelpful after a mistake was made on their part. Unfortunate
I would like to compliment the company for requiring employees to wear masks but some didn't cover their nose. The customers were standing in line without wearing masks. This is very dangerous behaviour pattern and should not be allowed as Costco doesn't and it doesn't hurt it's bottom line. Corporate please consider this review. Thank you.
Best service all around. Never had an issue here. Always fresh and made to order :)
