When I went there not too long ago the manager was missing for over a month but not only that they barley had any inventory for anything I'd say half of their menu to 3 fourths of it was out of stock. The young guy who was working there had ok customer service not the best I ordered a flurry as I usually do and there was barley anything to consume but ice cream when I ordered the mud chocolate one with the gummy worms and Oreo mixture barley any toppings throughout the entire cup and on top of that once the order was finished he never even flipped my flurry it literally melted within I'd say about 4 to 5 mins if that once I got my order. I rarely ever come here anymore too expensive and they don't hook u up what I'm meaning is barley any inventory or topping on anything for the product very sad and disappointing. I complained to him and he seemed to not even really care.
Walked in the Dairy Queen the worker behind the counter was too busy on his phone for five minutes before helping we had to ask if they were open then we go to order and he says he has nothing that will make a New York cheesecake blizzard what kind of Dairy Queen is it it’s ridiculous that you gotta go find another place to get something that you want I would give this place a zero star if I could
This Dairy probably has to be one of the Worst to go too! I think this Dairy Queen need to move somewhere else on Jonesloop rd they are always closing early or never have stuff to keep it open till 10 pm like they are supposed to.Also the employees always have an attitude and acts like it’s a problem to make you’re ice cream! Now I’m sitting over here at McDonald’s waiting 20 minutes for them to tell me their ice cream machine down SMH!??♂️
I'd give it zero stars if I could. First time we visited they had closed for dinner. Second time (yes we were actually dumb enough to try again) they were put of 90% of the toppings and couldn't make anything.
Not the Dairy queen I grew up with. Expect EVERYTHING to be out of stock and expect to have your mind changed numerous times. NEED employees and proper training.
The misty freeze machine was broken so the gal had just blended some ice with the flavoring, it was pretty bad. I wanted to replace the misty with something different but she didn't know how to give a refund so I ended up purchasing something else. But it was a disappointing experience and I didn't get the thing I wanted and had to pay for a replacement. I would not recommend this particular dq, I'd suggest going to get a mcflurry at the McDonald's next door.
Third time in a row my large was smaller then everyone else’s medium. Lady was very rude. First time the lady messed up my sundae and tried to charge me for her mistake. Left with no ice cream and no money. What a joke of a place
Zack makes the experience enjoyable, he even remembered our orders from last time. He is awesome to joke with at the counter, a good place to visit to finish off a weekend night.
Would be 5 stars but the price of a peanut butter milkshake is over $5 and the cup was only filled between 2/3 and 3/4 of the way full. I mean come on, it's not like Jack Rabbit Slim's $5 shake
Limited selection and almost frozen soft serv. Drive on. Not recommended. Stop at McDonald’s next door for treats.
