Impressive Management... mistake was made on order 3/18/22 approx 2:30 pm. Biggest part of the mistake was actually our fault.. we ordered wrong sandwhich. Only part done wrong on store is we asked for no sauce and got sauce. But Manager just handled it , no blame game, nothing but ..no problem let's fix this. Wish others had this Customer Service attitude..hard to find these Days! Extremely impressive. We live near and frequent this store... never have had unpleasant expieriance and a mistake is rare. Again this was mostly our fault but was not made to feel that way!
Like to give places like this benefit of the doubt it's fast food, sandwich looks good place is clean staff is on point.
Burger King has become our go-to place. We've always enjoyed Burger King a few times a month but recently it's been a few times a week. Between their deals and their coupons they have become cheaper than McDonald's and you get much more quality food for a better price. My son and I always order original chicken sandwiches and their chicken nuggets I'm not a fan of their hamburgers but for chicken they are definitely the chk King. Make sure to look in the app or in your paper or mail for their coupons they are amazing. Now the reason I'm writing this a four instead of a five is because the location looks a tad rundown the sign is basically gone out front and you can see the light bulbs. But the employees are using nice and always get our food pretty quick. I can't say much for the inside because I always get drive through but the outside with the property itself seems a little bit like they could do more to clean it up and make it look a bit more professional and welcoming.
Stopped here to eat Sunday on our way to pine island. When I approached the counter 2 guys were standing there chatting sideways behind the counter. I just sort of stood there until one of them finally faced the register. He just stared blankly at me, so finally I said hi how are you? No response. So I ordered. What a jackass. The food was fine, we and left. But that guy has no customer service skills at all.
Without a doubt the worst BK I've ever seen. This place needs to be shut down. Disgusting and outright dirty. Food was cold and obviously microwaved before getting it. Bun was very chewy and fries were like packing peanuts.
Really guys? Was suppose to be a bacon king. Super dope 8 dollar sandwiches guys.

Have been to a few bks and never has my spicy chicken sandwich ever look so skimpy. People wann raise the minimum wage and the price but never seem to raise the quality.
Cashier was on something idk what but food it's ok
They leave all their lights on like they're open for business but they are not open. Road sign, menu, speaker box all lit up but they refuse to acknowledge your existence even when you try to politely ask if they are open or closed through the window, where you can see 2 employees just goofing off. I will not go to this location anymore, they have lost my business permanently. This is the third time they have done this. Management needs to wise up with how they run this location.
