Not sure why we were made to wait over to the side to sit in our car for 27 minutes for crinkle Fries, meanwhile the rest of the order was cold and inedible. Then our order was very incomplete after my husband went inside and the whole wait over fries and how the situation unfolded made my hubby and I both not wish to trust the $29 food we ordered. Never Again!
Love their food. This is probably the best Arby's in Charlotte county. Pilot is where you gotta poop, but best pilot to poop at too.
Apparently they were very short handed. The guy at the register was a trainee. Very friendly and the food was average. Low staffing was the reason for a LONG wait for food. Too many people have decided not to work these days. I sure hope that changes soon.
The lady taking our order was extremely rude and ended up refusing us service over a petty argument that ensued after she evesdropped through the intercom on a private conversation we were having in our car. Most unpleasant customer service Ive ever experienced. We sat at the drivethough for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. How do people like this even have a job?!?! Would give zero stars if I could!
Always good service. Sometimes the drive thru line is pretty long but they move it at a decent pace. Very nice staff.
Late night crew is to busy talking in the back while customers stand in line. Out of all things they were out of roast beef really... It was because they were to busy talking in the back instead of doing their job.
We were able to get a table overlooking Charlotte Harbor....how incredibly gorgeous!And the food and service were wonderful as well.
Food was fresh, fast & service was friendly. Resrooms & dining area were clean too!
Food is very good very good especially when you just need a quick meal but unfortunately whenever I order a milkshake as I usually do the straws are much too thin in order to consume the milkshake and I must go home and get my own straw in order to have my milkshake if you could please fix that that would be greatly appreciated!?
We frequent this Arby's. The service is fast and courteous and the food is always hot. But check your order because sometimes they mix up curly fries for crinkle fries!
