Went to get a chicken sandwich and wings .. wings were undercooked and San which was toast with three weird chicken strips for $20 they didn’t honor the free sandwich deal
Food was fresh and tenders were good but they make you pay for their sauces. Thats crazy.
Favorite Florida stop for quick food. Slightly disappointed the blue salad is discontinued, but the service staff made me another salad that was really good too!
It's sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes your fries are soggy, and there is too much seasoning salt, and sometimes it's good.I just don't understand the extra cost for sauce, being that I don't like the Zaxby's sauce. I'm not asking you for extra sauce, I just don't like that particular one. Why is it that I can't choose my sauce preference without an additional cost? That is absurd.
I recently found out about this chain and I love this location. The waiting times are what you'd expect but the food is definitely worth it. I've been here about 5 times and the food is always consistent. I'll definitely be back most likely today. Lol
This is a great place dine in or take out .Great family place the customer service is ny style .If you don’t know what that means close attention to wants and needs .We had friends over for basketball game and they loved the tenders crispy and tasty .With every sauce you want !
Just went through drive through and she had the worst customer service ever. You could tell she did not want to be at work today and it was so sad. We only have 2 Zaxby's and this one is in my neighborhood, but I refuse to get this type of service in drive thru

They charge 25 cents for extra sauce but I didn’t get a first sauce to begin with. A Corporate company and cannot afford to give one extra sauce that probably costs less than 10 cents to make. Food is good never had a problem with getting sauce before today. Not sure if this is a new policy or just something they pick and choose to enforce. Otherwise service and food is good.
Had the teriyaki boneless wings and they were excellent! Better than most Chinese Restaurants. I'm not a fan of the crinkle cut fries but the only other side is Cole slaw. Wished they had a flavorful rice to go with the wings. Went home and made my own rice. They can keep the Texas toast, give a cornbread biscuit or even a plain roll. So overall, go there for the boneless wings but don't expect much in the way of sides.
