They're fast and counter personnel are professional and courteous, but the wings were trash at the location. I ordered lemon pepper wings and the cook over-salted them so much that my wife wanted me to go get our money back . But knowing they were fried hard , I just rinsed them off and they were delicious. Young workers need more training in the kitchen. So give it to them. No one needs to get written up or fired , it's management's fault. Do better, longer training. Teach employees that the customers are the currency , not an annoyance. Satisfied customers = future raises , and more locations with promotions in place. Don't let poor judgment destroy your business.
Really? Can't toast the rolls anymore? Loaded with butter on the top but the bread itself is super dry! ???At least the tenders are good
Im disappointed because i love Wingstop, i will drive over an hour just for wingstop BUT, i have never had an issue with the Monday-Tuesday 70cent boneless wings until this wingstop. I went to wingstop at 5pm and when i ordered my wings the gentlemen at the cashier said they will not honor the wing deal since it was past 3, i explained to him that the time was NEVER an issue out of the hundred of times ive gone and he just refused to even listen to me. Dont get me wrong wingstop is amazing, but if your not going to honor your deals or even hear out customers then why will i pay for wings that are good but OVERPRICED especially when the staff is being rude.... Im sorry but this wingstop is a HARD NO for me
I would like to thank the District Manager(Gerodney Brunner) for going beyond the call of duty. My bank made a mistake with my debit card so I went back to wingstop and he was very pleasant and professional and I left with a smile. Although it wasn’t wingstop fault he corrected the situation. Sometimes good wings. Most of the time garbage customer service. Called about them not accepting delivery services. Was put on hold then hung up on. Could be decent but the current employees aren't helping their cause.
I’ve been getting chicken here since the place opened and I’ve never had wings so good I don’t know what’s going on but they are excellent these days. There was a man inside I think he’s a new manager he was so friendly and helpful and he was really working hard which you don’t see too often nowadays, Usually the managers are sitting down in the back this guy was really working hard and the place was a zoo very busy. Very pleased with the food and atmosphere, it’s much better.
This place has gotten soooo much better. It use to be so slow, now its running faster, seems like the food is better too. The price is a little high for some chicken but whatever they did to fix the problems it’s alot better. The staff seem friendlier more eager to help and I did notice when I was inside of the place it’s a lot cleaner they must’ve got a new manager or a new owner or something. It was a good experience
Everyone was so friendly! They got my order done before the actual time limit. And all the flavors! I've tried each and the lemon pepper is definitely my favorite
The ONLY reason that I am even giving 3 stars is because of the manager! Me and my family went to Wing Stop last night and it was absolutely awful! First off, we waited for about 45 minutes to get our food and when it finally came half of our order was not even there. The food that did come out was a completely burnt, soggy, greasy mess!!!! The workers ONLY concern was giving food out to their friends that were pouring into the restaurant while we were there waiting for our food. The employees could have cared less about us or any of the other customers that werewaiting patiently for their food, only for the food to come out disgusting. This was not a restaurant, it was a hang out spot for the employees and their friends. The only reason I am even giving 3 stars is because of the manager. My husband asked for a refund while we were waiting on the rest of our order, we did not even want the rest of our order because the food we did have was so disgusting. The employees were clueless. The manager however was wonderful!! He came out and looked at the food we were served and instantly gave us a refund. This manager deserves a raise for the stupidity that he has to deal with from the incompetent employees he has to deal with. We felt so bad for this manager and what he has to deal with.
Recently I ordered wings for my husband and I. The fact that they let these leave the kitchen like this is disappointing. I paid over $35 for wings and 95% of the wings had barely any meat and they still served them. I wrote to the corporate office and they sent me a $10 gift card. That’s horrible customer service. I will never order from here again.
