If i could give it zero starts i surely would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Got stuck in the drive through for over 15 minutes before we ordered. We only ordered 3 frostys and it took another 20 minutes to get them as nobody camr to the window even though our frosty sat there waiting. The manager then came saying we got them already which we obviously did not or we would have left. Just absurd how clueless that entire staff is. No regard for their customers time. If we didn't already pay i would've 100% just left
The worst servies. Was stuck in the drive thru for 20 min, could not move forward and ppl behind. The employees are slower then a snail on a treadmill. There were 4 of them in 1 windo and they still got the order wrong
Terrible i didn’t get my right order the workers had attitude wouldn’t give me my sauce this lady would not give me my sauce until like 2 minutes. Then when i asked for a manager this lady lied and said it was a different guy who was not the manager. then when we were ready to leave she said you have your food now leave and waved us away. Also when i was asking for a sand which the guy got the wrong sandwich so i was asking him to fix it but he kept saying we already cooked it just pay and grabbed my hand to try and put it in the machine. Over all terrible experience

Came by around 11:50pm and got the cops called on us for a frostyccino by manager Joane or joana just cause she made it wrong and we asked if it could be remade?not even mad about it anymore but just pathetic, tried to contact the district manager, no answer, this whole Wendys a joke, so unprofessional and the managers here just childish, could never take this Wendys serious.
The double cheese burger is now about half the size it use to be not so many years ago. This location likes always leave the pickles on when asked to remove them. And for some reason people think that by saturating a buger in condiments it will make it taste better. Ketchup and mayo literally all over my hands. I think I'm done with Wendy's. Too many other option for burgers at the same price range. 5 guys
The food was okay they didn't get the order correct ask for fries never received them let's put it this way I will not stop by this Wendy's again these fast food restaurants are going to heck in a handbasket they don't care about customer service anymore it's all about the almighty dollar
Un-CooperativeIt’s 10pm at night, normal drive thru as usual, ordered my food for nothing because a gentleman that was at the window will not take Apple payments. Iv ask first hand that if he accepts Apple Pay. The cashier said NO we do not politely. So iv looked over at the window from my truck. And I see a icon on the keypad where you can receive Apple or Samsung payments!! So idk why he didn’t accept them??? The cashier REFUSES TO TAKE THE PAYMENT and I find it paranoid and dis respectful, next time if this happens again I’m gonna call Corporate because this is unacceptable.
The staff is friendly and my online order was ready when I arrived at the time it said it would be ready. The deals on the app are great, especially the single burger for a dollar.
