Waited in line over 45 minutes. They are not taking orders in line. They only served online order. Ended up leaving no service. Worse Wendy's. Never again.
Nothing fresh Refried or warm the food here
Tryed to get breakfast here opening time was confirmed by the restaurant 7 weeks ago according to Google that they open at 6:30 a.m. walked in at 6:30 was not opened was told by one employee they would open between 10:00 and 10:30 and another by 8:00 8:30 when I try to get breakfast at 6:40 a.m.
Over 30 min wait for a simple burger. Don’t order here unless you want have at least 30 minutes to burn.
Only go here if you want to get served with attitude and not actually get what you want to order. I asked for a specific burger and the person taking my order said yeah sure over charged me and still didn’t give me what I ordered. Very disappointed take your time to go somewhere else where they will actually give you what you order. On top of that fries were cold and soggy and chicken nuggets were burnt. Literally the worst Wendys I have ever been to as far quality and service. I wasted my money had to throw everything out. Very disappointed.
Terrible service, attitudes, & food was wrong! Waited in long line then to be told that we have to orfer at the kiosk. There should be a sign informing the people in line of that. The 3 workers all seemed confused. Waited probably 29 minutes for food. Got in my vehicle & got food out of bag & it was wrong, burger was a single not a double which I ordered, fries were barely warm & disgusting.
WOW. Hours say open till 1am, I'm here at 4:30 pm and it's closing. In fact, every food place in the travel plaza is closed. No, it's not because of Covid. Anybody's guess why everything is closed.
Terrible, Google says they’re open I made a special stop, walked through the rain to get breakfast. When I got there, they were just standing there doing nothing. It said they were not open yet. Its 7:44 AM right now. Service plazas branches are the absolute worst.
The food was good, but 25 minutes for a burger, that's to much.
After standing in line for 25 minutes we are told to order from the kiosk or we will stand in line for hours because the kiosk orders are filled first. So why have a line with people standing there. That's poor customer service and the employees are very rude.
