This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s ever! Waited in line for over 20 mins to place and order and another 10 mins before you get your food. Over 6 employees inside just standing around talking to each other, manager just walking around oblivious. It’s like the prisoners running the asylum. No sauces, no utensils, soggy fries. Don’t waste your time or money. This location needs to close!
The dining experience was very unsanitary... The inside of the dining area is lined with dead flies.The manager was walking around and didn't even care. The flies are probably a part of restaurant decor now.
We waited in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. I ordered two combo meals, but didn't realize until we got home that we had one complete meal and one large fries We were missing our ten piece chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go back and get our missing food. It was a giant waste of money!
Waited at the ordering screen for a long time only to have to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru because she wasn’t listening to me. They forgot the fries, had me wait 5 minutes for chicken nuggets and the wrong sauce. Not to mention the nuggets were soggy and stuck together, absolutely disgusting I couldn’t stomach to eat them. What a waste of time and money.
Overall, worst fast food experience ever. Took 15-20 mins to order. Then another 20 mins to get your food and it's wrong. The daytime manager controls everything herself. She's taking orders, making food, drinks, packing food. It looks like everyone else is only allowed to do there assigned job and nothing else. Even, the Door Dash driver said they knew better than to accept the orders from there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED?
It takes ALOT for me to give a bad review, but the cashier was so very rude, gave me wrong change when she got my order wrong and then acted mad that I asked for correct change, then turned around and talked bad about me to her coworkers. My food took SO long that me and the other people in the lobby were ready to leave the order and go home. I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
Completely messed up my order. Ordered a Dave's single with bacon jam, bourbon sauce and a baked potato. Drove home and had received a children's chicken sandwich and a small order of fries. Not even close to my order, but too tired to drive all the way back. You cannot trust them to give u a correct order.
This place is never functioning. Employees don’t know how to follow directions ever, you’ll always miss part of your meal, you will always have long wait times. Honestly is more worth it to not eat than to go here. This location is a waste of your time, energy, and money. Just close down the psl blvd location
Don’t understand how they close or lock the doors to order inside when it’s 8pm. Also online doesn’t state that the seating area is closed or closes at a certain time. Be prepared to make the line by Walgreens
I ordered two maple bacon chicken croissants and when I got home to eat it was 100% raw! I mean look at the picture they didn’t even cook it. I called and spoke with the manager and she said that next time I should just check it before I leave or when I order tell them to make sure to cook it long enough. Like are you serious I shouldn’t have to tell them to cook the chicken
