I used to love tuti fruti. Sadly, the place is very dirty, and is not cared for. The floor is sticky, about 5 flavors where not available, there was so much of ice cream in the trays below the dispensers, clearly they don't clean these. Attention is quite poor. I still have hope for this place!
We drove 23 minutes south for my daughter's birthday to visit and it wasn't like it used to be. The floor was absolutely disgusting, couldn't walk without your feet literally sticking to the floor and it made an awful noise. Both my daughter and I had kit kats for a topping and they were chewy and stale! While the young lady helping us was very pleasant it was a tad sad hearing the noise of our feet sticking to the floor she didn't attempt to try and mop the floor. It was a huge disappointment!
Yogurt is watery and the toppings are disgustingly stale. It’s definitely gone downhill in the past 3 years or so.
i asked for a strawberry boba tea and they gave me this with pieces of I don’t know what exactly floating on my drink the people that work there are so unprofessional NEVER going back
Be careful with your weight in! Today as I was paying I noticed the employee pushed the cup down and removed it from the scale fairly quickly ? I thought it was odd because I wasn’t even able to tell the numbers, I waited and she said it will be $20.76 ? for two cups!! I thought wow! I grabbed the cup and placed it in the scale, my suspicion was correct. My total came up to $14.70 big difference huh? I can only imagine how many customers are paying the extra money without even noticing…..
Taste like frozen milk. Very watery. Certainly didn't taste like frozen yogurt more like watery milk

Tasty but extremely expensive. Our first several choices from their menu board were not available.
Happy theyre still around...BUT. they slack so hard on the flavors. Always the same ones, and they never make sense when they're paired. Step up the flavor game
