I had foot surgery 3 weeks ago and I am still unable to get out to shop or anything like that. So, I've been using Door Dash to have food delivered. Today I ordered from Tropical Smoothie and when my food was delivered my smoothie still had chunks of ice in it. To the point that every sip I took I had to chew ice. Thankfully I have a vitamix blender at home and was able to finish their job for them. The smoothie I got (chia banana boost) is made with ROASTED banana and this tastes like it was made with a green banana. The date that is in my smoothie was still whole. It really is very disappointing. After I re-blended my smoothie I put it in my own cup because the one my smoothie came in had chunks missing from the rim and the lid wouldn't stay on. I'll wait until I can drive again before I get tropical smoothie again, that way I can go to the one in Saint Lucie West.
Most disgusting Tropical sc in town every time I come here im disappointed…these group of girls can’t follow simple instructions always missing food items. His place needs new management ASAP just go to the one in SLW
Placed an app order at 12:09. Walk out with my food at 12:40. Walk in and only find my smoothies with a receipt. No food (2 quesadillas and a sandwich). I ask and am told that something’s not ready. She walks away and does not come back to the front. She was taking orders when I walked in. Anyway, wait for 15 minutes before anyone else will talk to me. She picks up a bag from the pick up area and walks in the back. Then comes to hand me that very bag…. That was sitting there before I got there! So food was gross ? by the time we got home with it…I mean it sat on that counter for how long?!? ?Won’t eat here again. Overall, terrible experience and inexcusable.
Place is run by teenagers, not that a teenager couldn’t run this place because it is simple but whoever is in charge here needs to get this place together. I come here all the time and they can never get any order right. Not even exaggerating.
Gave my smoothie to someone else and wouldn't make me another one even though they stuck a straw in it and i waited over 20mins for a smoothie with 2 other customers in the store horrible staff
Every single time you come into this particular location, you're not greeted at all, and there's NEVER ANY PINEAPPLES. Is there a pineapple shortage at this location ONLY?NO I DON'T WANT YOU TO SUBSTITUTE MY TROPICALODA WITH MANGOS...Customer Service is deplorable at this location ALL OF THE TIME! I'm NEVER COMING BACK! I'd rather take my business to Palm City and PSL BLVD, where there's NEVER a pineapple shortage!

Just wanted to share that Tropical Smoothie Cafe in traditions is DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY! I am a breastfeeding mother & today I ordered online and found a Bandaid in my smoothie, it is a disney pixar wallet bandaid & now they do not answer any phone calls. I am completely disgusted at the fact that somebody’s blood was consumed by me. Tropical smoothie corporate said “ there is nothing they can do “ and traditions tropical smoothie will not answer any calls. If anybody has any advice I would appreciate it. Thank you
Worse experience EVER!! Ordered the Island Green online. the smoothie was foamy with texture like water... the Manager RUDELY said he wouldn't give me another one or my monet back. his analogy was: "if you have your wall painted and didn't like it, you can't just say you don't like it". WHAT? I answered.. so I had to contact corporate to resolve this. would NEVER go to Village Green again. customer service by manager/owner is ".1 out of 10.) also, chicken Caesar wrap was disgusting!!
Today, I stopped by to get a “Chicken Pesto” with a “Chia Banana” I wanted to get something healthy to eat. It was the biggest disappointment and biggest mistake I did by going to this location. First, they didn’t have bananas to add in the Chia and when I start eating my Pesto I found a really long hair in it. ? ?? I think we could all agree it’s time to make hair nets mandatory.
