My drink may have been tampered. My drink tasted very acidic and like cleaning chemicals. Then I spit out these pebbles like thing that was all inside my drink. The lady (Young & white) looked very angry as I pulled up to the window. I filed complaint on the website but no official response from tropical smoothie. I may pursue legal actions.
I paid almost $14 for this… sandwich was soggy and sour. I came on my lunch break and came back to get something else because this sandwich was HORRIBLE! And the girl at the drive thru was nice and was willing to fix but the MANAGER is not and tell me this is how corporate want for them to make the sandwich and that nothing was wrong with the sandwich….. and they can’t refund me or make me something else. Not good customer service. Worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. Waste of my money, I recommend the tropical smoothie 5 mins down the street by civic center WAY BETTER!
Delicious smoothies! Their Cajun shrimp wrap wasn't the best. I'd definitely return though.
Horrible service and very rude staff! I don't know who is in charge of the morning shift at this time but whoever is needs to make note on the rudeness from one of the girls working the drive through. She needs to just do her job and not speak loudly and rudely about paying customers that can clearly hear her through the drive through window. Employees sitting in the dining area 15 minutes before closing just lounging around not taking orders and tell the customers they are closed. Well we will see what corporate says because I did report these employees on shift
BEWARE ROACHES INFEST THIS PLACE AND (GREG JONES) DOES NOT PAY HIS EMPLOYEES I WORKED HERE A WEEK AND THEY SHORTED MY PAY BY 102 $ AND MADE ME PAY 25 DOLLARS WITHOUT DISCLOSER FOR UNIFORMS THAT WERE RETURNED ,THEY HAVE BLACK MOLD IN THE WALK IN FREEZER AND JUNKIE EMPLOYEES , OLD ROTTEN FOOD AND FRUIT THAT DOES NOT GET ROTATED. Highly unprofessional place I do not recommend
i ordered food from this location and they gave the delivery person half of my order and sent them on their way. upon receiving only half of my order i attempted to call them 7 times, only to never get ahold of them. very upsetting and a waste of money

A bit disorganized.The staff seemed to struggle with drive thru, in person and online orders. The area for Grubhub, Uber Eats, postmates and stuff seemed to be a trainwreck. The staff seemed like they couldn't handle the amount of orders.While visiting, their POS crashed. Not their fault, but no one knew what to do.The food and smoothies were on-par with the franchise standards. Staff wasn't super friendly.Store was clean and maintained. Parking lot leading to the shop is a mess. Potholes bigger than a Manhole.
