As a formal Tropical Smoothie employee, my opinion on working at this certain location as a so-called "Shift Leader" was dreadful. Our bosses would make minors work 40 hrs with no breaks until they just can't take it anymore. Parents would call the "boss" and try to explain their child's frustrations but with no resolve. I on the other hand could not accept the way our "boss" was treating these minors so I decided to quit yesterday. I had my own share of disappointments working there as a full-time employee myself since January 3 2022. But, the way our "boss" treats these teenagers, weighed wayyy to heavy on my heart. Work here at your own dicretion!!!! God bless...
waited 20 mins for a quesadilla… along with a full house of others waiting even longer. was late back to work because of this.
Come here just about every day, during the week is fine but on the weekends when there's a certain employee here that I don't know if she can read or not but all the orders get messed up and the line gets huge because of one employee and she knows who she is. She starts cleaning everything in the middle of a rush and then complaining about not having this not having that it's like she's trying to play manager and whenever she's here it all gets messed up any other time it's fine
I’m a Student at Fortis & I always come here before, during or after class every day. The smoothies make my day. Jayla made my visit extra pleasant today.
Ordered 2 Paradise Points, one with Splenda and Probiotics. They combined then into the same blender and insisted one had sugar and one Splenda. They never added suggest to the smoothie poured first so either they both had sugar or no sugar.
I've made better salads at home; the lettuce was dry, not enough dressing was given and the toppings were bland. The smoothie on the other hand was tasty and huge, definitely get your monies worth there! There was a long wait time, nothing against the workers, they were hussling, just had trouble keeping up with the orders coming in online and in person. I would come back for the drinks but not the food.
Won't be returning unfortunately, came a few weeks ago and everything was perfect, Currently standing and waiting on my order which is taking 15 mins for one smoothie. Why? Because it seems as though the employees here are overworked. Currently there is one young lady behind the counter doing everything and I can hear her coworker in the back talking and not assisting. Not sure if she is on break or not but it is unfair. There needs to be more staff and a manager on site. This is ridiculous... Also acknowledging customers when they walk in is definitely a must. Regardless of the overload it is important to let your customer know that you will be with them shortly or as soon as possible.

Worst tropical smoothie in town. Rude employees, and can't get orders right. Than you call too get it corrected and theres no manager on site to help. I had been eating here for years but will never be dining here again.
The construction in the plaza is a lot right now. The service wasn't great they forgot 2 bags of chips with my order and I had to wait for a while to get my food.
