Ordered through Delivery Dudes today. Along with losing my order, so the driver couldn't pick it up on time they got much of the order wrong. Ordered with salt and vinegar chips - got sea salt, should have gotten 2 bananas - only received one, asked for Splenda in one of the smoothies - got 0 no sweetner at all, and didn't get any straws for the smoothies. The order was found approximately 30 minutes after it was rang through at Tropical Smoothie. The driver asked them if they were going to remake it - they responded, "no." Pretty risky with hot chicken wraps... Needless to say, they were barely warm when we received our order. If I learned anything it is NOT to order from ANY Tropical Smoothie through a delivery app. I will probably pass on this one all together now due to their lack of concern for getting it right.
this tropical smoothie is HORRIBLE! first and foremost if you’re too busy for curbside don’t offer it. when you order your smoothie 15 min ahead and then wait 15 min for it and then also receive RUDE service it’s RIDICULOUS! I understand you’re busy , but I choose curbside because I have 2 babies in the car and can’t come in. I choose this location specifically because they offer curbside ! so if you can’t handle it don’t offer it period. So i give them 10 min before I even call to check on it and I’m told it’s going to be brought out. 5-7 min later still no smoothies. So i call again and ask for a manager to bring them out. A young gentleman brings them out and I ask if he’s the manager. he says YES. so i go on with my frustration and this RUDE WOMAN comes out the door yelling come inside you don’t need to get yelled out. 1. i wasn’t yelling i was speaking firmly because i’m annoyed. and i also knew this young kid wasn’t the manager. and 2. IF YOU SENT OUT THE MANAGER THE FIRST TIME HE WOULDN’T BE DEALING WITH THIS! so i call because I want to actually speak to the manager , and she was apologetic. i did appreciate that. but all in all i will NEVER come back here. in order to run a successful business you shouldn’t hire RUDE employees.
I had ordered a kids smoothie from here and a peanut butter cup one. I just got to drink it. It wasn't mixed very well there was ice and no taste just hints of peanut butter. I also found something that isn't from ice or banana or anything it was green and hard. I will not be back to this location it also took the 10 minutes for them to bring it out to me since I did curbside. I couldn't go in since I had my child in the car and I'm pregnant and I can't carry him I called 5x before someone finally answered. I would stay away from this location
Was excited when new ownership took over and brightened up the place. There was a great, enthusiastic staff, food was good, and the store bright and shiny and booming with business. I'd often see the owner there coaching the staff and helping with customers and orders. In the last few months however, there has been a significant decline in the quality of service, the food and smoothies are not good, and the wait times are ridiculous. One day I went in to pick up an online order and the staff was actually arguing with each other in front of customers. Only one employee was hustling while the others took their time and did not seem to have a care in the world. Not very friendly and hesitant to correct a wrong order.Too many mistakes, wrong orders and mission items. I'll drive to the US1 location before I order from this store again and I work less than a mile away. Hope the owner gets a handle on this soon or he is sure to lose more than my business.
We had the maple glazed yams and they were very good. Wanted a shake but at $6 the price was too much.
I am editing my review from a 1 star to 5 star. The old owners ran the worst TSC that I had ever gone to. The new owners have not only cleaned it up but obvious put money into the place. The staff was pleasant and even made me feel welcome even though I made an order near closing time. I will return often with the new ownership which is great since its the closest to my home.
So I ordered a sunrise sunset that the tropical smoothie put water in. No where on the menu says water. Needless to say it was horrible tasting. When I got back to the store to ask why was water put in my smoothie the employee stated it’s normal for water and ice to go into smoothies. This isn’t my first time and I know this wasn’t correct. When I asked for my money back I was told that the manager said I can not get my money back because I originally ordered a different flavor even though I was not happy with the taste of the smoothie. Also the service was slow as my order was done when I arrived but the employee informed me the order was still not prepared. I would highly recommend staying away from this unprofessional establishment.

Great place to grab a smoothie and wrap I live in ft pierce FL and this place makes there smoothie 10x better then the ft pierce location which makes them watery and still has chunks of ice in it. The port Saint lucie Blvd location makes there smoothie like there name (Smoothie)
Love tropical smoothie. This location was terribly slow. 30-40 minutes to get 3 smoothies. They only had 3 visibly working blenders at the time. I hope that was just a bad day there.
