Tried a bowl for the first time. It was very good.
After many bad experiences at Chipotle, I decided to try Tijuana Flats for the first time. The food was amazing, great portions at a good price. Highly recommend and will be coming back again!
Came in at 8:12 on a Monday night. Instead if being asked what id like to drink. I m asked what is my pick up order. I say im here for dine in, and it was clear in the responded body language that was a problem. I wasnt asked my drink, i had to ask could i please order. And then I was looked at like i was ignorant when i didnt understand something about the menu. One of the worst customer service experiences ive encountered. $15 for 6 wings which is a little steep, but that AND im treated as an inconvenience. Completely asinine and ridiculous. These two loadies are in the wrong industry to be rushing customers out a entire hour before closing.
Ordered through Door Dash, received soggy tacos and Queso lid was not on properly spilling all over the food. Overpriced, under seasoned. Last time ordering from there. Also when you pick orders you are waiting past the pickup time and they always manage to forget something.

Should be called americana flats...most stuff is bland and the ones that aren't are drenched in a sauce. No more white people mexican food for me
Definitely scored higher than the ⭐2⭐ I was going to give you just on the choice of sauces alone.Having said that, spending over $15 on a burrito/chimichanga/etc called "Mega___" & still just barely being full enough is ridiculous. I usually spend less on that for a pizza & can have some leftover for another meal....as anyone w/ any sense whatsoever does that doesn't like wasting gas to go back & forth to places. ...which is most, especially in today's inane financial climate.I don't think you know what the word "mega" means. Maybe ask Freebirds World Burrito about that for some help?Most of the staff was helpful enough, but that "lofty goal of being just sub-par enough to survive" just ain't good enough. There's other places that have it much more together to spend $$$ at?
There was a mix up with the order and we thought we were missing a rice and they forgot our Queso , after getting the rice ,queso I sat back down , 3 minutes later a worker came to the table asking for the name and saying we only paid for one rice , we said we both ordered one but if you want I can pay for it . She said no it’s fine with a weird look on her face making the whole time we were sitting there very awkward. I was very disappointed in the food and staff. Probably will not eat there anymore nor order .
