food was great! Diablo burger was huge can't wait to try other stuff on the menu...
Second time there..plenty of people standing around and for food to be wrong and cold is not acceptable. Won't be back. Toothpick inside the jalapeno popper. Brought double orders to table we didn't order. Waitress wouldn't get manager to table. Sad because it's a cute place. The workers there are all on there cell phones and not worried about customers. All days not not be on your A game... Mother's day... ?...
We had a great first dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to visiting again soon!
Service was 'okay'. My burger was fine but my family's fish and chips were very pricy and the portions were small, especially for the price. I'm guessing they got a lot of business from the retirement community across the street - not everyone has a geriatric appetite. The guy who seems like he runs the place would probably agree with me...given that when he sat down to have his dinner, he served himself about twice of the amount of fish that my brother was served. I was on the fence about going there for a while and I could say we tried it but we will stick with Bonefish Macs when we're in the mood for some good American food.
Not for takeout. French dip no au jus. Rolls undercooked. Fries under cooked. Ordered and paid $1.50 for street corn but got fries instead. If I wanted a cheesesteak I would have ordered one. I guess the manager was too busy to check our order so I paid $17.00 for a flavorless, under cooked sandwich. For the record grubhub is no better. They should have checked as well considering all the charges you pay for delivery. I’m praying that this $20.00 is worth it. I will not be getting takeout ever again from you or grubhub nor will I be dining in your establishment. ?????????
Placed a take out order Saturday night, large order for 7 people. The food was delicious and probably even better if ate there lol. There was 1 mistake made as we were missing a cheeseburger I called back to let them know. They apologized and asked if I was coming back which I did. This company has great employees , they apologized again when I arrived my burger was ready. They offered free dessert , a gift card or refund on the burger. I declined as mistakes happen but they owned their mistake. So thanks for the apology and offers. We will be back to eat again.
The fish fry is the best around. And they have a great pecan salad. Mary the waitress is wonderful. Actually I can’t say anything but good things about all the food and service. A nice little hideaway!
