My family and I love this restaurant, we've been going here for years! The staff is friendly and the food is outstanding! I always get the Mixed vegetables in brown sauce , I always add chicken to it and it's perfect! I got my mom addicted to the Shrimp Tempura roll. I have been eating here for more than 5 years I have never been disappointed with the food the service or the cleanliness of this restaurant. The people are always so nice even when it's super busy. The food and sushi is beyond amazing. Thank you so much for doing what you are doing.
This was our first trip to this restaurant. I would give it five stars, but this means there is no room for improvement and there is always room for improvement. The place has a nice ambience, but it’s a bit dark. Service is good, food is of excellent quality, cooked to perfection. Tuna Tataki had a lovely presentation and the product was of excellent quality. The spicy conch salad had a lovely light dressing ,large pieces of conch over pieces of cucumber, scallion and a nest of shredded carrot. It was super yummy. I had the four friends roll that was absolutely amazing filled with the freshest of seafood. My only complaint is that the pieces were so large it was hard to savor what was inside when you put a piece in your mouth. But it was still amazing! My husband had the drunken noodle with shrimp. He ordered it at heat level 2. It had a good spicy bite to it, a bit too much for me but my husband loves very spicy food. There were eight good sized shrimp in the dish also cooked to perfection. The bottom line is that we were very happy with our visit today and will most definitely be going back and recommending.
I have been twice at this place and food is great, big portions, fresh, ambiance is nice, place is clean, and the staff is nice. I have lived in this area for 16 years and this place has been around for a very long time. Great option!
Delicious sushi with a variety of different rolls on the menu. Can’t beat the price. Have made multiple carry-out orders, which they are always reasonably quick. Used Taiyo to cater my husbands birthday & I couldn’t have been happier. The ordering process was easy & they delivered right on time.
This restaurant is under new ownership and I am pleased to say that the food is awesome and so is the service. We will definitely be coming back to support this restaurant!
Never disappoints! The green curry is my favorite but absolutely everything has been delicious. Love having this place a few blocks from home but would be well worth a drive across town
It's been a year since living in the area, so at least that long for this restaurant, and they still lived up to their amazing service, not to mention their excellent dishes!!! A must have is their Chicken Garlic Sauce, with at least 3 chili hot!
Love the ambience and the service was great. My favorite was the protein roll as it definitely fulfilled the need for fresh seafood. The avocado krab salad has a great flavor to it that I have only found at Taiyo I will be back soon to try some more rolls
This review is long overdue, I’ve been eating here well over a year now on a weekly basis 2-3 times per week.The staff are the most friendly, remember you by name and what you like to order. The food is always great. 5 stars
