Service was excellent when we went, but that's about it. We ordered the buffalo dip as an appetizer and it was extremely disappointing. They used the recipe found on the Frank's Hot website, which is usually fine, except they give you the tiniest cup of it with a bunch of chips. By the time we finished the dip, we still had 3/4ths of our chips left and nothing to eat them with (not even salsa? come on). As a $10 appetizer, that was extremely disappointing, especially since for that price I can make the exact same buffalo dip for a whole party. For the entree, I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and cole slaw, and my wife ordered a burger with fries. She enjoyed the burger, but the curly fries tasted exactly like the frozen ones you can buy at any grocery store, and they were cold in the middle. It's really not that hard to just follow the instructions on the frozen bags, but they managed to mess even that up.My chicken fried steak was... fine. It was a small cut of it, and again tasted like it came straight from the freezer to the fryer. Disappointing, given that you can just drive a few minutes to Cheddar's (which I don't love, but at least the food has some quality to it) and get twice the amount of chicken fried steak for the same price and have it taste significantly better. The mashed potatoes were good enough, I guess. All in all, a very disappointing experience

Underwhelming at first thought, but decided to have an opened mind. Ordered off the menu a grilled chicken, bacon avocado sandwich and my wife had a shrimp quesadilla. The restaurant was less than 25% full but still took over 30 mins for our food. It arrived hot but immediately I knew there was an issue since my chicken was deep fried, not grilled. The waitress said "oh well" that's how we make it. The bun was nice, the bacon overdone, the avocado was limited and the fries were very good. The quesadilla was soggy and not grilled properly. TBH, for a $13 sandwich it should have been better. We gave it a try, but there are much better options out there.
Chicken had frost bite . uncaring management . I called health department due to lack of food safety knowledge.
first and last time here. service was slow and not good. food came out cold, burnt and green beans had onions (allergic). when we asked the server, she said she would get a manager. took manager 15 minutes to even come over. we could have walked out without paying and no one would have known because the waitress was barely seen.
We had last minute stop for dinner. Was a Great experience. Drinks appetizers n good menu surf turf n in between!
the waitress was super awesome that's about it the food was very slow coming out the macaroni cheese balls had no taste whatsoever and my blackened mahi-mahi fish sandwich tasted nothing like blackened mahi-mahi definitely not worth the 60 bucks
I changed my plans during my holidays just to try the taste of gator, so I came to an specialised place called Tail-Gator, with tshirts with gators and a logo with a gator... BUT NO GATOR TAIL on the kitchen... 40 miles to arrive and other 40 to return after eating burned mozzarela sticks... Feeling scamed.
I LOVE this place. Used to work for doordash and picked up many orders from here. Now i order from here myself. They are always super efficient, incredibly kind and the food is always perfect. I hate spending money but i treat myself to this a couple times a month. Call them directly for delivery, you don’t have to go through Doordash and pay the delivery fee.
Just was waiting after a Dr. Appointment and decided to have a bite to eat, was quiet, not busy, had amazing service and great atmosphere. Sara P. Was the bartender, such great service, attention to detail, friendly, fast I could go on and on such a sweet heart,. Met some regulars in there that were veterans, exchanged some great stories. Was a good afternoon . Awesome local place , wings were good, mahi bites were great. I will be back!
