I had the mozzarella sticks they are handmade they are over the top awesome and then for dinner I had the full rack baby back ribs I've had them all over the city of St Lucie and further and they were by far the best ribs the best sauce so tender falling off the bone. Got a picture of the sticks wish I would have had one of the ribs but it wouldn't have done it justice anyways
I had a very limited experience here. There was a guy that was screaming loudly for his party to join him. Regardless, it was a strange location. Even though the restaurant was probably only at 40 or 50% capacity, the staff seemed very thinly spread. Our waitress was trying as hard as she could. And she was trying just to keep up with the single order for dinner and the water and juice that we ordered for ourselves and for the kids. But it was not an easy experience. I understand that with growth of a second location there are growing pains and whatnot, but I also understand that after this many months there should be things sorted out especially if there's low staff. I can't give terrible reviews about the food. It was pretty average for a low to mid-cost sports bar in the Port St Lucie area, but it didn't set itself apart from anywhere else either. Nor did the experience. Trivia started during the evening and we were on the left side of the restaurant and trivia was on the right side of the restaurant and there was nothing that we could do to get involved with it because you could barely hear them on the other side and nobody told us it was going to be a trivia night or we would have tried to sit in that zone. I would say that this is a great venue for large groups because they could probably be able to accommodate and they do have a lot of screens for sporting events and for chive TV and whatnot. But on the standard weeknight or weekend going out to dinner with the family to get something casual, I would still probably pick some place else.
I had a terrific server, Megan, and the manager James was awesome! The food is amazing! I have now found a new fave restaurant. St Lucie West location is the best of the best!!!! The mozzarella cheese sticks are more like cheese bricks in size, but have a terrific light and crispy breading and taste better than any other cheese stick I have ever eaten! The one pound burger is juicy and wonderful also. Everything we ate here was beyond our expectations!!!! As was the service!!!
Underwhelming at first thought, but decided to have an opened mind. Ordered off the menu a grilled chicken, bacon avocado sandwich and my wife had a shrimp quesadilla. The restaurant was less than 25% full but still took over 30 mins for our food. It arrived hot but immediately I knew there was an issue since my chicken was deep fried, not grilled. The waitress said "oh well" that's how we make it. The bun was nice, the bacon overdone, the avocado was limited and the fries were very good. The quesadilla was soggy and not grilled properly. TBH, for a $13 sandwich it should have been better. We gave it a try, but there are much better options out there.
Chicken had frost bite . uncaring management . I called health department due to lack of food safety knowledge.
Had several meals here and all of them have been fantastic. The restaurant itself is clean with some minimal changes to the interior that used to be a Ruby Tuesdays. Slightly bummed they removed the booth seating, but that's personal preference and nothing major. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, the food delicious. I highly recommend the garlic parmesan fries and mozzarella sticks!Wish I would have given them my business sooner, but I was very fond of the former Ruby Tuesdays that this location took over so it was more out of my own stubbornness than anything. Regretfully I'm moving out of state soon, but plan on ordering from here several more times before I leave. Highly recommend Tail-Gators!
First time visiting tail gators in St. Lucie West and had the most horrible experience!! I ordered 6 wings with fries and my boyfriend also ordered 6 wings. When we got here the place was pretty much empty... I thought we'd have quick service, but we didn't!! People that arrived after us received their food first!! The waitresses sucked... Really acted like they didn't care!! The only thing I enjoyed was the beer, which by surprise no one had to make that lol!!! The manager tried to resolve the situation by giving us a gift card, but it had gone to far... So freaking frustrated. Will never return hopefully your experience is better than ours!!!
Went in during non peak time, there was only one server on the floor. Poor girl was running crazy, but she did well in rushing out our food order despite it all. Fish Tacos were very good, as were the chicken wings ordered by my daughter. Found the drinks to be a bit expensive for a basic lemonade iced tea drink. Will return.
Walked into the restaurant at 4:15 hoping to have a glass of wine and an early dinner. 2 ladies, and we stood inside the front door waiting for a hostess. None came to greet us. I finally walked to the bar and asked the female bartender if we could have service Finally, we were seated. We ordered a glass of Chardonnay but we were told they didn't have chardonnay...seriously?? It is the most common wine. We left. Huge disappointment.
This location is nothing like it’s PSL blvd location. There understaffed, limited brands in the bar… and it sucks cause I really enjoy their other location but st Lucie west it’s missing it!
