What separated this greasy spoon diner from others was the servers. Now they fired the one that made you feel the most welcomed and actually cared if your food was good. Face it at these diners the difference is the servers you can order whatever you want but you'll get it the way Suzy felt like cooking it. Good luck with Marissimo replacing the best server you had. I'll never go back!!!!
Been going to Susie Q's often for over a year and they have a great staff, great service and truly excellent and fresh food. You cannot go wrong with any of their breakfasts and their ham & cheese sandwich, for lunch,is one of the best that I have ever had with very good onion rings. I highly recommend Susie Q, but I like having a booth, so save one for me :)

This review is being written a month late but I promised myself I would leave kudos about how WELL the team on Valentine’s Day worked together.I went for breakfast with my husband and every staff member really pitched in. If one person was busy doing one thing, another person took over for them. One person refilled coffees throughout the restaurant, another served, another came by to check on us.Meal outings are such a great experience when the team works as great as they did that day. I wish more places did it like this. Food was tasty, pancakes fluffy, I like mine as pretty dense buttermilk pancakes but they were still enjoyable. I always look at breakfast places pics of their pancakes before going. (I’m trying to find a place that serves something similar to what I used to get back home in Chicago) Enjoy!Side note: I loved the sign that was in between the restroom doors. Very cute decor in the restaurant!
My experience was ruined by a banana boat lip waitress with an attitude who did not seem to like her job. I will never come back to this place and i dont recommend eating anywhere that serves stinky attitudes with my food. Maybe she missed her lip botox appointment that day and took it out on her customers at work.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast on the way to the golf course.... I can't say I've met friendlier people (employees OR their customers) anywhere in Florida. Sincerely the nicest people I've met, and the food was phenomenal! I wish I had places like this anywhere near me in Lauderdale!
They changed their cook... And that's sad because this was the one of the best places for breakfast in town. Now they're having trouble making eggs over medium. I've given them three opportunities to get it right and unfortunately they haven't been able to. I will still go there but not order eggs!
Plenty of outdoor dining tables for those of us who like clean fresh air. Good food. Good price. Nice friendly people.

Our first time here, can’t believe we haven’t been here sooner. Great place! Food was so tasty and the portions are very generous. Servers seem genuinely happy and want to please, definitely coming back!
