Make sure if you are using the mobile app. that you order 2 years in advance. This place never has my order ready on time. I ended waiting an additional 25 minutes for a mobile order. The staff is extremely slow.
Two disappointments the first was I had one of my coffee in a mug and not a paper cup and they said that no longer available at this location. Coffee tastes so much better in a mug. And the second item on my list was the sandwich I had ordered 5 minutes later they told me they didn't have any more. They should have known right off the bat that they were out of stock. It was not my usual experience at Starbucks.
Fast, accurate service. Gets busy. As most Starbucks do.
I love this particular store. I have never met anyone there who did not have a pleasant smile on their face. If ever there was a mix up with my order which is rare, it has been fix without a fuss. To the Dunkin Donut managers/trainers, the staff could learn a few things about customer service.
I don’t know who they have for baristas but second time I get my Frappuccino and it tastes like ice with whipped cream. I don’t have the time and complain so just never visiting this location again
The worst Starbucks staff I’ve ever encountered. Slow and lazy. The sloth on zootopia moves faster than these people. And even if you ask what’s the hold up, they death stare and ignore you. Thanks a lot. I just missed out on my free drink because your staff is garbage. Waste of points.
This place is by far the worst Starbucks save yourselfthe hassle and do not go there. I go to place an order for a caramel macchiato and they are out of caramel drizzle. How are you out of things every time I come? This is absolutely crazy how a large chain like this is always out of the same item each time. I order 2 ham and Swiss baguettes and he hands me 2 ham and cheese croissants . When I tell him I ordered 2 ham and Swiss baguettes he proceeds to tell me they don’t have it after I’ve already paid for it. He doesn’t apologize or offer to give me my money back. I will never return here.This place is a joke!
They were so organized and polite at the same time. I’d be willing to bet that most of the negative reviews are from cranky people in the drive through that don’t realize that there is no line inside. ??♂️ thank you for a warm experience
I don’t like to leave negative reviews,but something gotta change here.Anytime I come to buy a coffe here never taste good compare to others Starbucks,you barely can taste the coffe flavor.It sad to pay for an expensive coffe and you don’t get what are you paying for.
This place was awesome. They have some of the best baristas around. They know how to make a good frappuccino and coffee. The staff that work here are very friendly. Friendly, very knowledgeable and are more than willing to take the time and help you select the best coffee you're looking for. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood again, I will stop by and get another coffee from them outstanding place. I wish I could give it more than five stars.
