Out of all the Starbucks in PSL this is the worst staff and location.. the staff just looks at you they don't want to help you and if you order more than 1 drink it will not come out together you'll get one and 15 min later you'll get the next one. Poor poor service and staff!

Love my Starbucks, unfortunately this location isn't that prompt. I give it 4 stars for those staff members I see going above and beyond. But there is a handful that could understand customer service is everything.

The service is great, but I do suggest they build locations with double drive-thru lines, for busy peak times and provide their crew members that have to be outside a cooling mechanism when it is hot.
This Starbucks is literally ALWAYS out of something. I come here like once a month and its always out of something. Caramel, cake pops, toppings, just skip this Starbucks. Whoever does inventory here has zero skill and the job should be passed along to someone with the capability.
Delicious pastries, juices and coffee drinks. Service is excellent...the baristas go above and beyond! Convenience with drive thru service, quick, and upbeat service.
I come to Starbucks not only for the quality coffee, but the convenience of the app and mobile ordering.For the past few weeks I get in drive- they to pick up an order or even inside and it’s like I’m invisible and my mobile order never got sent in. I wait longer in drive thru than inside pickup, and when I go inside I’m completely ignored by numerous Baristas. Other customers orders are being made and they get there coffees and go and I’m STILL waiting. The past 3 visits I have had to speak up and ask what’s going on.Not sure if this location is under staffed but it’s sure not making me feel like I want to continue as a Starbucks customer.

Simply amazing! I ordered 2 complicated ice coffees, and they were made perfectly. I've been going here for a long time, and they've never disappointed me!
