I drive a semi all over this beautiful country of ours, hauling food, and eating some as well. From California to Minnesota and down to my home here in P.S.L. Nothing compares to this food and atmosphere. My wife was looking for something different. Went online and chose Rick's!!!! Absolutely blown away. Food, it's cooked to order. It will be hot when it comes out. Fried green tomatoes are second to none. My wife ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. I ordered the Reuben. Our server didn't bring our plates out to us. The chef did. His name was Rick. THE OWNER!!! Introduced himself to us and so proudly, told us he cooked our food. Even sat down for a short conversation. He was busy. There's a photo of him with his back to us. He had been trying to eat a little spot of lunch, but he would see something out of the corner of his eye, and abandoned his lunch several times. Whether a surprise came up in the kitchen, to getting us condiments to seating guests that just walked in due to their greeter already seating folks. Of all the places in this country, this is now my go to!!! Would have left a ten star review, but it only goes to five. My wife, she is a picky eater, she didn't have anything to say that wasn't good. Gotta come back and have breakfast!!!

My husband and I stumbled across this place on Memorial Day. We arrived at 10:30am and they were scheduled to close at 12pm, but there was no haste. The restaurant was crowded, but the tables were comfortably spaced. Turns out the counter seating has no wait, so we decided to sit there. We were served quickly, our server was so friendly, and the food was amazing. For comparison, if you like Cracker Barrel this place is sooooo much better. The food is fresh, the portions are great, and the prices are more than fair. Our server explained how the chef handpicks the cuts of meat and shops locally for the fruits and vegetables (Nelson Family Farm) that alone is enough to keep me supporting them.I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Very nice! Went today for the first time sat at the bar with my son for breakfast. Finally stop by and was very happy good food. The next guest that sat next to us was a regular from us 1 their previous location. She was praising the restaurant as well. Good spot my son and I will be back. I recommend trying this place out. Ate all of the delicious food prior to taking a photo ?. I had a BLT, hash browns and a mimosa yum. French toast with powdered sugar, eggs and bacon with coffee for my son. Nice!

My partner and I work overnights so finding a place to eat in the morning that serves more than just breakfast food is difficult. This is one of those places. They have breakfast and lunch available until they close at 2, so I can get the breakfast food I want while he can get the lunch food he wants. I had the pancakes with scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. My partner got the German schnitzel lunch meal with potatoes and corn. It was all delicious. We're pretty sure we have found our new after work spot. I didn't get the coffee this time but they have an assortment of creamer on the table for you to use and another table complimented how good the coffee is to the waitress before they left. It is alot of food for a reasonable price and the staff is very nice and personable.

First time there - on a Sunday. 20 minute wait but we sat at the bar so no wait. Cheryl was our server. Fantastic attitude, obviously enjoys her work. Ordered hash browns crispy and they actually came that way. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly - moist but not runny. Atmosphere was good - Americana type décor. We're going back for sure - next time for sandwiches...which by the way were available at 9 am. 5 star service and food!! Don't miss out!!

All around great experience. The staff was all super friendly and accommodating. Although they didn't have options for gluten free breads they were willing to adjust menu items to fit my needs. I sat at the counter and got to watch the food coming out of the kitchen; everything looked delicious! The food tasted home made and was exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait to come here again.

Went inside for lunch. Lots of people coming in so that's a good sign already. Very attentive staff making sure if I needed anything. I ordered the Moms black and blue burger with onion rings. The Onion rings were not good but the burger was delicious. Just wish it had blue cheese crumbles instead of a salty sauce texture

If your driving on the Florida turnpike, heading north or south, make the stop at Rick's Diner. You will thank me later. Biscuits are fluffy, gravy is hot and tasty, coffee is yummy, service is friendly and owner is extremely nice and accommodating. Your welcome. :)

The food was excellent and the staff was fun and sociable.

Family owned and operated Rick's diner located in Port St Lucie is an absolute gem. I had the pleasure of dining with my family there recently and had such a memorable moment our servers Chase & Cory was very polite and attentive and made us feel like a part of the family. Everyone at my table was impressed with the quality and quantity of the food that were received at a fair price. This reviewer will be returning in the very near future.
