Showed up. Waited 10 minutes to place an order. Ordered a frozen lemonade, chicken nuggets and sandwiches, mashed potatoes…. The older man at the window, nice enough but clueless. Asked us everything we ordered, you have a screen. Gave me a regular lemonade instead of a frozen and said well I figured by the time I added the strawberries it wouldn’t matter. No utensils, no dipping sauce. Seriously get it together if you are making wait as long as you do for 30.00 fast food. Shame on you.
I read some previous reviews but there wasn’t anything recent so I hoped that maybe things had changed. I had the same issues as other reviewers. I ordered through the app to pick up. When I got there at 9PM the doors were locked. There were 6-7 cars ahead of me and it took 30 minutes to get through to the speaker. I also saw a worker in the front lobby on her phone just like another reviewer suggested. The order taker has me hold for a few minutes then when I told him I had an online order he said to come around to the window. At the window it still took 3-4 minutes to get my already bagged order to me and as expected it was cold. Everything was correct but I won’t go back to this location.
I went to the drive through ordered a 3 piece combo. Payed at the window the cashier said pull down to the door and they will be out with the food. I waited about 10 minutes, and realized that people behind me was not waiting. I get out went inside.. I was shock all the ‘employees were standing laughing and talking while my food was just sitting there. I always go to this Popeyes and the service is terrible, they are rude and disgusting, I had to return my food to them before it had a piece of plastic in the box that look dirty, The manager is just as terrible. Employees are loud and disrespectful.

I wish they would get there act together. When they are good, they are good, but when mess up, they do a great job at that! I recently spent almost $60 for a family bucket, when I got home it was almost all chicken legs. It's a pity because they have great food, but the service and accuracy can use some help.
You're best to order ahead and pick up the order if you have the option. Using the Popeye's app has been much more time efficient than drive thru or going in store, if you're inclined to download it.Great flavor and hearty or portions, but long wait if you don't order ahead.
Ate in. Was very clean and colorful and fresh (new). Great chicken. Delicious biscuit. Self serve cold drinks.
I don't know if it's under new management or what's happening, but the service has consistently gotten worse over the past few weeks. Today (2/13/2022) we ordered 2x Regular Chicken Sandwiches and got spicy, with the wrong sauce. It also took over an hour to get the food.
My friend and I went on a Wednesday night. She told me that the place is usually packed. Thankfully, that day, we practically had the place to ourselves. The service was amazing. The place was clean. The food was good, but not great. But, it was well worth the price. I will definitely add Popeyes on my list of places to go for a quick bite.
I ordered a dark piece meal. Wound up with a back and a neck! Don't even know where they got that!!! Never go back. Was wondering why the lines stopped at this Popeyes, now I know.
