This is the LAZIEST pollo tropical crew I’ve ever ordered from. They’re extremely slow and are always rude. I ordered from them by doordash at 10am. They said the food would be ready at 11:30am, then they changed it to 12:30pm, then when the doordasher said they went inside to find out what’s going on, they changed the time AGAIN to 1:30pm! Just so unprofessional! This is always an issue with them.
The food is very good and tastefully,but the tables were very dirty and were over 10 employees behind the counter, without none cleaning the tables, also a big line to get a beverage refill and sauces and salt.They should put back the machine and sauce station back to everyone help they self without waiting long time on lines.
I ordered to go. This location messed up everything on the order. I ordered white quarter chicken dinner and received dark meat. I ordered a tropichop with black beans. No beans! And what makes me more angry than anything… I ordered and paid for 2 orders of Quattro lechie cake, and received nothing!!!! I wish I took everything out of the bag right there on the counter… but unfortunately I found out when we got home to eat. Horrible experience and I’m really upset.
Best Pollo I've been to! Yea, the line is long but it moves fast and they have great food!! They never run out of sauces and the portions are never skimpy. Plus, the employees are really nice, unlike some other Pollos I've been to.
Im not understanding how the hours say they are open until 11pm I literally went there to order food at 10:15 pm and they were out of everything I asked for and the items that they told me they had non of those were in my order once I asked the cashier about them his response was oh I’m sorry we are out of that too i than turn to him and ask why would you charge people for orders and not be truthful with them because I had the choice of going somewhere different. I really was upset and think the company should do better with this we spent money on incomplete meals that we were super unhappy about.I called repeatedly to speak with the manager and no one ever answers the phone.
this is one of those places that i wish i could give zero stars. i usually am the one to make fun of karen’s but wow. i was picking up a doordash order & let the worker know the name of the order and he said it’s being made. okay no problem. however somehow i ended up waiting over 40 min and i told a different worker i was picking up for (name) and she said “they’re working on it”. i eventually lost patience and left. people were coming in and placing their orders and being in and out yet for some reason no one would help me with mine. it’s pollo tropical, you shouldn’t be waiting for your order for 40+ minutes while everyone else is in and out. the manager was also very rude so definitely don’t recommend this location
The food was good but they had a person who could not speak or understand English on the cash register. From the way she was dressed she look like the manager. Then once we got the order correct she made a remark that made it sound like it was my fault that the order was screwed up. My God hire some people who speak and understand English.
Got curbside and they never came to the car just let the food sit inside, which it got a bit cold but no big deal it was delicoso mmmm.I just wish they brought it out as curbside is, as we were confused whether to go inside or not. But sooper good chicken the yuca is fire yes.
Terrible! Rice was not fully cooked! After 20 + minutes in the drive thru, I get home to uncooked rice. Black beans were too soupy. All juice, no beans. Like black bean soup. Terrible! At least the plantains were good.
This place is run terribly. The drive thru is a ridiculous wait time and they close the inside of the restaurant frequently. They clearly do not know how to run a restaurant business. Sometimes the rice is mushy. The entire franchise is awful, including corporate. They never improve anything which means they don’t care. I’m surprised this restaurant still has open locations.
