The blank stare that I received upon entering the building is conducive with the terrible customer service that I get every time at this location, from the same girls. My family calls them the "stone face crew" (there's a few of them, none wear nametags). Every time, they just look so miserable to be here and are more interested in talking really loudly and vulgarly about their weekends (the whole dining area can hear them) than they are about taking good care of customers. We would have gotten a warmer welcome from a dish rag.The one that took our order, has NEVER shown us a smile in the whole time she's been here; none of her crew has.PDQ's food is EXCELLENT, but the quality of the customer service from your people at this location is TERRIBLE! In my opinion, the best thing you could do is clean house and start over with a focus on hiring FOH people with better attitudes. We miss the girl that got promoted to take over the Stuart store. The PSL store was MUCH better when she was around.

Not bad overall, the "grittier/heavier" texture of the chicken isn't my preferred, I like the crispy/lighter batter, but it's done pretty well. The sauces are overall pretty great, but perhaps more choices, because you have unique choices for dipping sauces that I feel could be expanded upon. The salads are great, the family meal is certainly worth it, the fries are good, although a lot of their items can be slightly overpriced; all in my honest opinion!

PDQ used to cook fresh at a location in Fort Lauderdale, but not here. Precooked chicken and cold cheese they are unable to melt on the sandwich. Terrible quality for the price.

Service and quality of food has really gone down. I did a curbside pickup, ended up waiting over 5 minutes and had to go inside to get my food. The dedication to good customer service and quality is non existent.

On March 9, I drove 26 minutes each way during a severe thunderstorm to get food from PDQ because that’s what I really wanted, it’s worth the drive! Apparently the registers were brand new so I needed to wait a bit more time to get rung up at the drive thru. This also may be the reason why I don’t have points for that day or a digital receipt in the app. Moving along, I paid $40 for 3 meals. ? Drove back home another 26 minutes in the heavy rain. I had bitten into my Jack Buffy sandwich (or whatever it’s called), several times before realizing that I was EATING THE PAPER LINER THAT SEPARATES THE CHEESE SLICES. ?? I called the store the next day, spoke to a woman that said “I can’t really do anything for you, but my manager comes in on Sunday and he’ll be able to fix this situation, our registers are new and I don’t know how to look up your transaction”. I left her with my name and number, after a promise that William, the store manager would call me. That never happened. Sunday comes and goes…nothing. On Monday I called the store before opening hours and explained what happened to someone else that said that William will be in the store in about an hour. I left that person with my name and number as well. I haven’t heard back from anyone regarding my experience. I literally ate paper due to someone’s negligence and failure to pay attention to DETAIL on my food. I haven’t been offered so much as an apology let alone my order replaced or my money refunded. I could’ve never expected something like this from a place that I believed was worth the 30 minute drive. I used to drive to West Palm Beach for PDQ because that was the closest location to Port St Lucie. As much as I love PDQ, I doubt I’ll ever step foot into another one again.

Never had a bad chicken sandwich at any location. Nice folks gave my wife a free ice cream sundae when they heard us talking about her birthday

Quality of food has gone way downhill. ordered 2 sandwiches on the night of 01/16 and received cold chicken tenders on both of them instead of a breast. Staff seemed super uncaring at the window just said yeah yeah when I requested sauce then tried to hand out my food with none. Definitely will spend my money elsewhere and if I try again it will not be at the tradition location.

Very good chicken strips. Wish they still had the sauce out for you to get yourself though. Clean and nice place.

I eat here a couple times a week for lunch because it's always fresh, good service at a reasonable price. Way better than McDonald's ALL DAY

Great quick service. I have been here 4-5 times and never an issue. A little pricey but we’ll worth the extra money when compared to the absolute terrible service you will get at the McDonalds and Burger King in Tradition. Staff there is horrible, unprofessional and they ALWAYS forget part of my order.
