Where shall I start, this will be the 2nd time we’ve called for orders and whoever answers the phone is very rude , when we order and say no onions that means no ONIONS, not hard to get, the biggest issue I have is if you can’t be polite to people calling in orders maybe you shouldn’t be working there!!!! We have been coming there for over 2 years and not sure if you have new help but maybe they need to be replaced because you definitely lost customers and our out of town visitors …
I was tired and hungry and by myself which usually means you get the worst service but not at Pappa Louie's. I was seated and my order was taken right away even though they had a decent crowd for dinner on a weekday night. The lasagna was wonderful and I had the leftovers for lunch the next day. Great service and really really good lasagna! It was the perfect end to a long day. I'll be back for sure!
My family and I went there the other night for the first time and when my husband ordered a pizza along with entrees because the pizza we were taking home, she looked at him and said it was a lot of food..As a waitress you don’t say those things.. you simply take the order and move on.. was not impressed by the customer service. Good food but that lady was very rude about our order.
This was Wonderful. Good to go back after sometime away. Great atmosphere, and friendly people. Chicken parm wonderful. Husband had chicken franchises. All delucious.
Just want to say that Papa Louie’s veggie pizza is the BEST I’ve ever eaten ... If I happen to have a craving for Pizza and it’s a Monday (They are closed) I’ll just let the craving pass - Seriously- that pizza can’t be beat so no use trying! If fact I think I want one now ?
My experiences at Pappa Louie's have been nothing short of wonderful. The restruant operates like a family and you can tell, it really comes through.It's easily the best pizza place in Port Saint Lucie. Anything that can be made in house, is. Regular fresh bread from local bakery, homemade mozz stix, there's something for everybody! And the desserts here are criminally underrated. The cheesecake calzones are to DIE for.
The food was good but the server stunk. She was very rude to us but nice to everyone else. (Tall blonde)
Pizza was goodService was not great.
Waitress was terrible forgot my appetizer after even asking her three times. Food was ok but not great.
My favorite place. Love the Chicken Parm.
