Ordered pizza with Alfredo sauce and stuffed crust. Got home and it had tomato sauce instead as well as it didn't look fresh. I called and she did make another one. She said the online ordering was a little tricky, so I needed to be careful, next time she would have to charge for that kind of mistake. I have plenty of experience on computers, so Im confident I know how to make a simple order. I got that pizza home, it was hot, and delicious, but no stuffed crust. When we called again, we were told they were not responsible for online orders. I liked Papa Johns St Lucie West location, but guess we will be using another pizza shop going forward.
Great service received. I didn't have to wait too long for my order to be ready. Awesome customers as well. I forgot the names of the representative but good job overall.
St lucie town center in bad need of a staff turn over. Delivery driver park in the handicap spot. In one instance when question about it a driver started threatening and harassing a disabled handicap veteran!! Caused such a scene that people in other neigbor businesses came out!! Bad business, rude, and disrespectful to Veterans!! Shaq should be ashamed to associated!!
Very disappointed in the pizzas. I ordered 2 pies, 1 w/ meatballs & onions, 1 w/mushrooms & onions. Bread sticks were better then the pizza.The tops were so little not even on the complete pie. No taste very bland. See for yourself, look at the photos. Will not go back.
I love papa johns pizza it taste so fresh and not fake and they are very safe when it comes to making food they don't use their BARE HANDS!! So if your a pizza lover get papa johns it's the best!
Ordered a Pizza for delivery. Watched as the delivery driver on the app did circles around business park where we are located. We called to see what was going on and they said he would arrive soon. We said to just call him we are standing outside waiting for him at our office gate but they said they could not contact him. 15 min later order shows delivered do not know where it was delivered but not to us. So we call the store back and they said they use Door Dash drivers when they are understaffed and they could not tell us what had happened and could not get a hold of them. We had 2 choices refund that will come back to us in 3 to 4 business days or new order sent out in an hour. I do not understand in the day of GPS that this is even possible and the fact they don't have a way to even contact or monitor the Door Dash drivers.
Got a pizza delivered and when we opened the box to our surprise the extra pineapple that we ordered was not there. I was never notified that they were out of spinach that we ordered. Also there were mostly areas of the pizza that were bare with no toppings. It’s gonna be thr other pizza place next time.

Ordered through doordash it was my first time ordering through doordash for pizza so i called spoke with someone named robert answered my questions well and had good customer service skills i even ended up with 1 extra garlic sauce so ended up with 3 but great food and service i did not have any issues on the phone. And my food came fast and nice and hot.
