I keep giving this Panera drive through a chance and every time it’s always a bad experience. Either things are missing, wrong item etc.hopefully someday they’ll get things right.
One of the nicer Paneras in the Port St. Lucie area. Great customer service, clean and well maintained. I tried the Baja Bowl with chicken and it was very satisfying. Located in Traditions, this is a great place to stop for a nice lunch.
By far the most impersonal, unfriendly staff around. The leader with curly hair worst personality, young girl up front with glasses and brown curly hair didn’t acknowledge us-we had to ask her if we could order, she didn’t repeat the order back or offer and additional items. The people making the food will absolutely not look at you, it’s like there is an invisible barrier separating you and them, if you need anything good luck to you. I used to manage a Panera years ago, and I can tell you the covelli family would be ashamed by this store and it’s staff if it witness the level of service and condition the dining room/soda station was in. Also, let’s get someone cleaning a little more, you had 3 tables of people in your bakery/cafe. Also…do we not bake during the day anymore? Keeping fresh items available? Or is it a snooze you loose type of deal? 6 hours until close and you have an empty bakery case you’re filling with bagels so it’s not empty. Let’s get some energy in here, so smiles and some customer acknowledgement and maybe we will return.
Clean, friendly and great food. I was welcomed as I walked in and truly enjoyed my visit.
Do these people know how to clean? Every table is dirty! Every chair is just randomly in places. I had to clean my own table after paying 50 bucks for food that comes in bags that just get heated up.
I've had better food from different paneras. Wasn't that good feel like a waste of $40
Great quality food for a decent price. Very clean and cashier was pleasant and patient.
I had a personal pizza and my wife had the soup and sandwich. All for 35 dollars. What a ripoff. The staff are very nice but the price is atrocious. Not even in NY do I pay this much. BTW the pizza is horrible. I had the pepperoni and sausage and the first time was missing the sausage. Not worth it go to any other fast food, better taste lower prices.

Used Panera app for The first time. Received an email saying order ready. Arrived at the store and my order was not ready. The girl said it would be 20 minutes they just put my soufflés in the oven. So why send a text saying my order is ready when I would have to wait 20 more minutes? I called the corporate office and they said it's an automatic app the store has no control over it and it appears they give them a certain amount of minutes saying the order is ready for pick up. What a waste of time and a ridiculous app. When you order a meal at a restaurant pick it up and it says it's ready it's ready they don't make you wait another hour before they prepare it
