I've been here before and ordered their plate combo for dine in but last night decided to go through drive-through...what a BIG mistake! Obviously, when going through drive-thru we give a lot of control to the people inside and hope they will serve the food warm and edible. Regrettably, last night's dinner was awful. We ordered three of their Chicken Teriyaki "Plate" combos and the food was awful - the chicken was dry because it barely had any Teriyaki sauce and tasted burnt... it was (see picture).
It’s not Publix customer service. You get what you order. Nobody has simple manners of saying hello, thank you or you’re welcome. But it’s fast food so…
Great for a sit-down lunch good food nice selection offering small helpings or regular the line moves quick easy reading menu and the cost won't kill you comfortable atmosphere try it you like it.
They were out of teriyaki which like half of the food is made with so nothing tasted good, its like serving spaghetti without the sauce... The owner has to be the cheapest POS to even have the place open when half the foods inedible.. not to mention they were out of diet coke and a few other drinks as well
Good experience Friday the 13th. Had all the food that I wanted in the family meal. Beef and broccoli orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Was fast and fresh. Had plenty of help behind the counter which made things go quickly
Hands down the worst tasting food I e ever had. Everything is old and dry. Change my meal three times. The lo mein is so dry I have to doubt it in hot sauceWhat a shame
My self and another family member ate at this location on the same day, different times. We both got food poisoning. I would be careful and if you feel sick after eating here you know why.
Love what Panda has to offer but frequently the food is dry or overly cooked and they never seem to get orders right at the drive thru. Also, it would be great if they offer more vegetarian choices .... How about a side dish of tofu? I would comeback in the future and hopefully quality is improved and can give them a 5 star.
This place is awful! DO NOT COME HERE, the line is always OUTRAGEOUSLY long! And the people waiting 20 minutes just for some food is part of the problem, eat somewhere else or dont eat at all, And what happened to the dine in? its never open, Honestly like what happened to it!? And the food is OK, but they never have most of the items on there list, and they never have the teriyaki chicken, and whenever they do, there is never any sauce!! Also, They never add any soy sauce to the bag, im not sure if they are out of soy sauce or if they just forget, And i ordered the family meal for me and my family, and i ordered coconut shrimp, its was so mushy, as if someone stepped in it, this place is not clean and just overall a awful place, DO NOT come here!!
If you are going to intentionally not serve certain menu items during the week than you should have separate menus. How about a Monday-Thursday menu and a Friday-Sunday menu. Not fair to wait in a huge line, get to the front, place an order from the menu, then be told you don’t make that menu item during the week. Bad for business. Think about how much time your employee has to waste telling every customer your out of certain items. Probably a lot easier to just update your menu.
