The food here to me is not good whatsoever. I just experienced the worst Fried Rice and Egg Roll I have ever had. This is my first and LAST time paying for food at this establishment. Picking up a fork and using it to eat what you thought would be at least good fried rice and getting the immediate reaction of abhorrence was truly disheartening.
ORANGE CHICKEN IS AWESOME. A couple of the staff seem either rude or just extremely quiet. Never had bad food from here though.
I have been to this location several times, their service and food is inconsistent. But with every visit I hope for a better experience. I decided to share my experience this time around since I have a triple repeat bad experience and this time it’s doubled with bad customer service from cashier and her supervisor.I ordered a specific meal online, a meal was ready for me when I arrived for pickup. I checked to verify my meal and it was missing the main item I ordered and had a double item that I wanted only 1/2 of.I brought it to the attention of the cashier and told her I will pay for the main item since it is what I really wanted. I really did not want the other items but chose them since they complete the meal.She took my receipt walked away, spoke with another staff. She returned and threw the receipt on the counter beside the bag with food.I thought they were making the meal so I stood there waiting. Over 15minutes passed and I asked the cashier if they were preparing the meal she said no and they were not serving the item.I spent over 1/2hr in the store thinking the issue would be addressed. All that time I was been ignored. I asked her why would I be standing at the cashier counter for so long.It was never rectified.The quality of the food, poor management, customer service, staff attitude and this experience is not worth my time.There may be limited options available but surely it can’t be worse than this anywhere else.People, spend your time and money elsewhere.Order#904286
The customer service was terrible. The entire staff was mute. Made up of 4 young adults none who spoke . No one greeted me , my wife or the other 3 people who entered after.. Nor did they greet any of the other customers as they approached closer. I was inside for 15 minutes and not one staff spoke not even at checkout, the clerk spoke only to say how much my total was. It gets worst if you ask for something they don’t respond just walked off and then came back and look at you. I guess we should be happy they came back? This staff really needs customer service training . To top it all of the food was cold and looked unappetizing.
Going into the rest I am able to choose what I want, ordered online and the broccoli was yellow and smelled foul, I decided to rate them poorly so they would throw out their broccoli when it's old, I was not freaking impressed. Shame! Fire the manager.
Nope ?Been to this location many times before. It’s been a while since our last visit and probably our last. We understand that change is progress, unfortunately we believe their changes will impede progress. Portions are much smaller and very bland. Also, when did Chow Mein mean cabbage ? It used to be nice round noodles. Not anymore, it’s a bowl of cabbage with thread like noodles . Very disappointed in what they’ve become.Lastly, we waited for over twenty minutes in the drive through. I wanted to order Mushroom Chicken. Was told it wouldn’t be ready for at least 10 minutes. Little did i know that with two cars in front of us that we would have to wait more than double that.Never again !
You can tell this place has very poor management. Went at 7:45 for dinner, everything was definitely sitting out there for a long time, and they had no rice or chow mein and weren't making anymore. Place was filthy, and a girl just walked up and asked to go home early while I was in the middle of a sentence. Gatlin one is good though
I've been to this location 3 times and every time it was a good experience. People complain about long lines and wait time but fail to realize most places are extremely understaffed. We have to be grateful that they are open and working. The food is always delicious and the staff has been pleasant each time I went there.
Would love to give a ZERO- Horrible service, walk in, 2 young boys on the line, no hello, asked if I could get half lo mein and half rice and he just shrugged his shoulders. Didn’t speak a word, asked him if there was more mushroom chicken and Again he shrugged his shoulders.Didn’t do anything but give me the last bit from the pan. SO frustrated, wanted to walk out, but son wanted this for dinner.Both young boys up front just standing there, customer behind me and he started ordering and same with him. Asian Cashier was Wonderful! Didn’t tip because knew those boys making more than min wage doing nothing at all and RUDE would get some. Sorry for cashier!Not returning!
So I went to this Panda Express and ordered online before hand so I could just get the food and it said it would be ready at 5:05 which is when I got here and the food wasn’t even ready at all and it took them 15 minutes to get my food. Definitely don’t order ahead of time there’s no point. People came in after me and got my their food first and left. Don’t recommend lolz
