Food is okay but doesn't have that fresh cooked from scratch flavor to me. Go to ROFFINO'S INSTEAD. My home town Italian family owned favorite and food that sets the bar too high to eat at big chain restaurants like this. From elegant dishes to the best pizza in town.
My family and I visited olive on Friday we are a family of 7 and we frequently go out. So our server was Tania and she was awesome!!!! Our food came to the table by another server who brought it to us Cold!!!!! She retrieved the manager Lauren who took no time at all to remedy the situation and she was what I say Real managers are made of “Problem Resolved” . Thank you ladies we appreciate your customer service skills.
My fiance & l just had the Soup & Breadsticks....with the Alfredo Boat dipping sauce. The soup was thick and had plenty of ingredients in it!!! Some other Olive Gardens make their soups watery and hardly have much ingredients! The waitress was very nice & helpful too. We'll be back as we had a pleasant experience.
I usually go to this Olive Garden and always have pretty good service and delicious food. Unfortunately last night for my father-in-law's birthday this was not the case.. Our server was very kind and let us know that the food was running behind and had made a comment that the salmon and the chicken were taking a bit longer which kind of confused everybody that was sitting down because it shouldn't take that long to cook chicken or salmon. When we all got our food at least 3 or 4 of us had cold broccoli And the meat was barely warm. After waiting for almost 2 hours for our food my food was cold, my son's food was cold, my grandmother in law's food was cold. I'm not aware if anyone else in my party complained while we were there but we were stuck there for over 3 hours. 2 servers should have been assigned to our party ( because 1 server couldn't seem to handle it) and there's no excuse for having us wait 2 hours for our meal then slap us in the face with cold food. Very dissatisfied.
It tastes delicious because of the good food and I love the chicken parm.
The bar staff was great the wait was a little long for food . The food was of good quality for an Olive Garden . The environment was busy typical nothing fancy but the food was reasonable and tasted good . I had the salmon and salad . I wish they had more mood music and lights , but in the area it was the best option for dinner .
We hadn't been to Olive Garden in 20 years and this visit reminded us why. The vegetarian options are limited, but we anticipated this. The wine list is surprisingly good, but pricey, and that's where good hit a dead end. The salad, pre-dressed was overly salty, and over dressed. The breadsticks were greasy but we expected that but not the saltiness. We ordered spaghetti with marinara. What arrived was some sort of meat sauce. So another wait. The server, new, was apologeticand charming. But we'll never see her again. Our pasta (which seems a bit insulting to good pasta) arrrived, overcooked and with a red sauce that was painfully watery. Basil and garlic must be alien to the kitchen. When they brought us the bill on the tabletop tablet, it wasn't ours at all. And for a simple vegetarian meal, I was surprised to learn I had consumed virtually my entire RDA of sodium. It isn't Italian, it isn't tasty and save for the server, it isn't a place we'd ever go again. Lesson learned.

So upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by two friendly young ladies very nice young girls. We were introduced to Kerrie the waitress. I recommend everybody go in there and ask for her she was amazing she took care of us checked every few minutes to make sure we were doing okay. The Soup came out so hot. Which was great and then the food came out after I finished the soup, perfect it was hot and it was delicious. One of the best experiences I have had at the Olive Garden in a while. I ordered a tray of shrimp scampi, a tray of chicken scampi, a tray of lasagna and the family size salad for a birthday party. I am still amazed at how fantastic it was. Everything was cooked to perfection and ready on time. I will be using this as my go to place from now on. Can't beat the quality, price and service at this location.
