I have been a customer for years. But this time the service was terrible. Early afternoon shift wouldn't serve me. And after I complained they gave me the worst burger I've ever had. The manager Zane actually found humor in the situation. I'm an African American Combat Veteran maybe that was the problem.
We love this ale house! The food is good and the staff is friendly. Their BBQ burger is amazing and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich really hits the spot. Everyone loved the warm pretzel appetizer. We will definitely be back!
Nice place to enjoy in family
The English Fish and Chips was outstanding! The Captain Jacks ice cream was delicious and the Curbside Pickup was so prompt, that I didn't even have a chance to notify the server that we arrived. My birthday celebration will be added as a great memory.
Would be a 5 star but food tends to come out a tad bit on the oily side, still great food and amazing place to visit. Highly recommend the blue long island iced tea pitched for 10-12 bucks. Fajitas are great paring. Love coming here, always a solid choice from food, to drinks, to staff.

$6.99 for fish and chips at lunch is a really good price! The fish portions were generous and piping hot...if a bit greasy. The accompanying fries were a bit limp and not as hot. But edible. Cocktail and tartar sauce were good and the beer was cold! Service was good so, all in all a good experience ?.
very good food and cozy atmosphere
Was denied service due to my ADA registered service animal. The manager was unprofessional and clearly does not know the law. The hostess was loud, rude, and disruptive. If you have a disability, go elsewhere and save yourself the embarrassment.Once management responded and requested my contact info, they claimed they would make themselves available to speak to me. Never happened. Since then they’ve ignored my emails. Incredibly unprofessional and guilty.If you have an issue with this place, do not expect it to be resolved.
Even though we've lived right around the corner for a couple years now, this was our first time eating here. It was wonderful! Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. Great menu; and we will definitely be going back for dine-in AND carry-out!
