Went to this location 19th July 2022 around 230/245am. I sat at drive thur for good 10 mins and other ppl as well. They drive off. No one was answering the speakers. I drove up to first window. It was open. You can see in the office, where manager was just starring at computer, I’m assuming. I yell and asked if they were open. No response. I yelled louder. Knowing they can hear me. Not once did anyone come help me. You lost me as a customer at this location. You want to hire people, that are lazy and getting paid to sit on their rear… owner needs to start looking at his staff and fire lazy ones. Btw. I ended up going to Ihop which is million times better but you lost my money.
I ordered this through DoorDash and man when I say Jesus would’ve given me more lettuce than this???! This is ridiculous every time I order during second shift it’s always like this. And on top of the the quarter meat is old. You guys gotta do better. Either I’m always missing something or you guys can’t get the order right
I wouldn’t leave a review for missing fries but since the lady that took my order yielded at me while I was ordering and repeated asked “that’s it” while ordering. I’m mad at missing my ? fries ? The food was great but the employee who took my order made it a bittersweet experience that I didn’t even want to ask for ice cream ? and I have no receipt to see who took my order I will definitely put her name here because that was rude and you need to treat your customers right even in a McDonald’s. It happened on 7/4/23 at around 2:15pm.
Very unprofessional. Couldn't get the order right. Did a mobile order went through drive-thru they made us wait. Then we had to go in because they kept bringing us the wrong food. I'll never stop at that location again.
Ordered three meals and had to wait in the reserved that was no problem at all but I expect everything to be hot considering I have to wait and the sandwiches were slammed in the bag and put on there sides causing the toppings to be off the sandwich
If you order inside, you have to use the kiosk then wait for someone to help you at the register to pay. It took 21min for this to happen last time I was there. The manager said she's the only one that could run the register- meanwhile, there's 15 other people and shes bagging food instead. She was very unpleasant and didn't seem to be concerned about a 21min wait to pay after ordering. Then, I had to wait almost 15 more minutes to get my food. My order was incorrect after all of that. Maybe they need better employees or managers, I'm not sure. If my daughter wasn't set on McDonald's, we would have walked out. Ridiculous.
just went thru drive thru and there were sauce packets all over so when I drove thru they exploded and McDonald's won't answer phone and I have sauce all over my car
Everything was fine that we ordered. They just forgot my husbands sauce that he was looking forward too would of been nice. To atleast let us know.
What's the purpose to have drive through. And my orders always come out wrong. Had to get out and go inside to get it what I ordered . Defeted the purpose of making my trip a little faster .
Was incredibly busy but still a smooth process. Not enough employees for the dinner rush. They had 2 lanes open for drive-thru and they were both backed up. Went inside to order, no line but others were waiting for their food. Had to wait about 7 minutes for my order. Staff was friendly.
