I worked here about 25 years ago- part time- while in college. You accused me of stealing from the cash register. Turns out, it was the new girl who did it. Someone who didn’t look like me (of course). Which is ironic, since I actually liked the job and was the most friendly (and most intelligent) person in the whole miserable place. Today, I guarantee I’m more successful than any of you. I hope you feel terrible. Your food is disgusting and unhealthy. The best thing about that experience is that it turned me away from stepping foot into this garbage dump ever since then. Losers.
30 minutes waiting for a curbside Mobil order, went in and it took them 10 minutes to determine it was received but not filled. Canceled my order along with another person waiting inside for 30 min for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Manager not allocating resources correctly as they cleared the drive through multiple Times. Not even an apology from the manager when I asked for a refund.This is a management issue not a teamMember issue as they were working hard.
Fast service. But they definitely lost my business... like they had one job... McDonalds are know for their big Mac but I don't know what they call this. Maybe halfa$$
3 customers came in behind me we were all told to use the kiosk to order our food, as the registers were closed for service. Upon using the kiosk the screen went blank after completing the order and we had to begin all over again which was very time consuming, for a fast food restaurant of course. Some 9f the customers were not familiar with the kiosk, so we asked one of the employees, a male for help, he was of no assistance, he did not want to assist at all ? gave us all a poor excuse, however, a female cashier came through and was very pleasant very helpful, took the time to assist? the meal was very lukewarm but the service was fairly quick. Spoke with the manager, addressed our issues, he said he would handle the situation by speaking with the rude male employee. I'm thinking I will take my business elsewhere!
It's McDonald's. Not great food but prices can't be beat. Y'all have been there, done that so you know exactly what you are getting. It was refreshing to have super friendly folks at the window. Drive thru great considering it was peak time.
You are forced to use there kiosk! It has no real coustom option's. Also, they have completely turned of the fountain drink machine's, they do allow refills. This is what the stupid 15 dollar an hr minimum wage hike! Thank you Biden.
I am very happy with our experience tonight. The drive thru was super long but the customer service we received was very memorable. The lady handing us our food she was super nice in wishing us a safe travel home. We just had to put our doggy down tonight so it meant a lot that someone cared even though they didn't know what we are going through. Thank you so much for the kind words.
I go here maybe once a year! Not a fan but have to say the service was friendly the line moved along. Everyone was nice and didn't look miserable they have all kinds of menus now...but stay clear of the apple pie!! It's really gross and undercooked doesn't even look appealing but they tried to make it look fancy. That's not the staffs fault tho.
24 hr Mcdonalds pulled up to order and got no response and pulled up to the window and 2 associates looked directly at us and walked out of sight.With this kind of customer service I would suggest to close it
The staff have hit breaking point here!!! So I get it everyone's overworked and underpaid but I have to say if you don't want to work for macdonalds there's other jobs.We've gone numerous locations in St lucie for years and no matter what location or time of day it's attitude or wrong orders through most of the drive thrus. This particular day i decide to go inside . No one was taking orders . You had to do the self service or not eat. The line was going back to the door and one of the preparers just looked like he was going to cry every time the door opened he put his hands to his head and talked to himself saying someone needs to lock the door. But that was not the best there was someone in the kitchen screaming and I mean screaming for people to get out of his way and to stay away from him. It was sad.
