This McDonald’s has to be the worst place I’ve ever gone to! Do they train these people at all on what is in the menu? I ordered three McChicken spicy sandwiches with pickles only. I was charged for three spicy crispy chicken sandwiches there was no pickles, there was some orange sauce on it that I specifically said pickles only it even says it on the bag better to stupid over there to understand perfect English. I’m totally blown away at the unprofessionalism there and the guy told us that they don’t make McChicken sandwiches anymore. I tried to call the store and the number says we’re sorry this mailbox is full and it doesn’t exist so you can’t even talk to a manager to get your order straight. Totally terrible I do not recommend this McDonald’s whatsoever. I am planning on calling the corporate office and filing a major complaint on the disgusting food !
I'm from up north in new York and those McDonald's do not compare to this one down here in Florida... Manager and employees went above and beyond to get me my order and it came out perfect. Couldn't be any happier. 10/10 will be coming back and kudos to the kind employees for giving me such an enjoyable meal. You guys rock!! 12/10
Always have to wait for such a LONG time, especially when using the mobile ordering. Also everyone already KNOWS that they pretty much NEVER have milkshakes, but to my surprise this time they did….BUT just not the strawberry which is the only thing I really wanted it’s my favorite.. so cold AF fries and no shake. And waited over 30 mins. ????
Burnt and nasty apple pies. It’s like the workers don’t care I order a few things and I forgot 2 apple pies at the register, she told me to go back around to order that again. I said no, I’m here just add it to my order. This is what I get burnt and old apple pies. It’s like the workers are just rude and don’t care anymore especially the lady with the dreads . Anytime u go in she tell u to order on the machine but ur bothering her because you want to order with a person.
Disgusting horrible owners, employees and store. The supposed owner screamed and yelled because we informed her that her employee rang up our order completely wrong. All of this transpired because we order Three 10 piece nugget meals and they rang us up for 1 meal and two 10 pieces by themselves. We tried to explain what we ordered and they didn't want to hear it. She told us to park and come inside to fix it. She got angry because we asked why we had to come inside for them
Ate inside for dinner. Only my party of three and another party oy three inside. Literally every table inside had trash left on it. Received our order. Missing one big Mac,. went to counter and told them. Went back to eat and quarter pounder bun was as hard as a rock. Went back to counter to have it remade. Sat back down. When the burgers were ready, did they bring them to our table and apologize? No. Just stood at the counter and waved the bag at me so I had to get up and retrieve it. Sad situation. Ray Kroc must be spinnin'.Edit: My son advised me that his chicken nuggets were undercooked also.
I am not the type of person to do this, but this is absolutely unacceptable. My husband just got home from getting food and when he took the fries out there was a hair in the middle of the fries. First of all that is not hygienic and second of all that is absolutely disgusting. We both lost our appetite therefore wasted money as well. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried calling to speak to a manager and they don’t even answer the phone. It rings and rings and nothing. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!
If you ever want to watch a bu ch of teenagers yell and argue with each other, with zero management/leadership in sight, come to this particular location. I waited for Apple Pies for 25 minutes. I could have darn near baked my own from scratch in that time frame. This place is nothing but a bunch of high school kids who have zero sense of responsibility, but I’m sure they all want that paycheck. I also watched multiple orders be brought back in from the drive thru, so check your orders!!! May the odds every be in your favor. I will not personally be returning to this location ever again.
Hey it is typical McDonalds. We used the drive through due to COVID and they forgot to give us a fork and knife, butter and syrup for the hotcakes. My wife had the big breakfast as you can’t get that in Canada. Something else you can’t get in Canada is a plastic straw, glad to see they still have them here as a paper straw sucks!
no matter what time of day, this is the slowest mcdonald’s in PSL. it’s 30+ min wait for ONE CAR to move, then waiting at the window is worse. they don’t actually pay attention to what you order so by the time you get your food, you don’t get it all or it’s wrong. they give you blank receipts because they don’t bother to refill the ink, so you can’t tell them what they missed and you just have to hope they didn’t scam you.
