This place is the worst Jamacian restaurant I have ever went to in Port St. Lucie the first time I went there I order fry chicken with oxtail gray the lady told me they didn’t have enough oxtail gravy to put on my order I guess it’s because oxtail is expensive now I only asking for gravy not the oxtail so I was able to get the curry goat gravy in which it tasted good I went a second time so I order a fried chicken with curry goat gravy they told me they didn’t have any curry goat so I leave I then went today which is march 1,2022 the owner was taking order I told her I will like to order a fry chicken with curry goat gravy she then told me they don’t have any curry goat and it like around 1:00pm big day light I only wish they had a Donnas Jamacian restaurant in Port St. Lucie they are well prepared every day for there Customers anyone reading this review and in the Fort Lauderdale area go and check out donnas Jamacian restaurant you wouldn’t regret it
Value there customers, very friendly and offering clothing from jamaxa and italy grear quality ' Family environment It smells delicious as soon as you walk in the door you can smell all of the good Spicess They used to probably season their beats They put a lot of time and preparation into their food
Foods great but the reason for the one star is not only do they run out of things often but the past 3 times we ordered food thru grubhub from them the driver is there waiting and lady p cancels the order without any explanation. Unfortunately for them they lost a frequent customer.
The food at Lady P is delicious and always fresh but the reason for the three star review is the customer service within the past month. The young lady at the front counter has an attitude and is very unprofessional. During my last visit with no one else in the line, she took my order and after 5 minutes she started talking to a friend or family member who came into the restaurant to drop off supplies. She then took a catering order on the phone which took an additional 8 minutes. After completing the catering order she went to the back and at that point, I walked out. Not once besides asking for my order did she acknowledge my presence or let me know she will be with me soon. I am disappointed because Lady P is one of my favorite restaurants on the Treasure Coast.
Maybe it was just the person serving that day, but she was slow, not very friendly and seemed annoyed when asked about a special price that was advertised. We ate at a table and when we finished, there was no place to deposit our garbage. We left it on the table.
Their Beef and jerk chicken patties are absolutely delicious ? ?, the lady behind the counter was very nice. I will definitely be back for more food ?
Lady P’s is an Authentic Jamaican restaurant. The food is really good and the environment is fun and feels just like Jamaica. You can tell this is a family business. This restaurant could ,however, improve on its customer service and service wait times. The prices are better than similar restaurants in the area. Overall I have had good experiences here.
Food is decent customer service can be better. Been here 3 times and received the wrong order 3 times. Chicken soup was good alot of broth no vegetables or chicken. Beef patties were over cooked.
